I strongly suggest you check your products before you leave the store so you know they are new and not used.

Customer service was prompt and polite. This is my local store and I generally have no issues shopping here. The store has what I need and can get assistance when needed.

Clean store, everything required for our home renovation project in stock, helpful and professional associates

Went to see what gas stoves were available, and there were only 4. Online is better to shop for this item. Needed to get a key made, had to wait almost 10 minutes, but assistant was quick, pleasant, and helpful when he helped me. Fast check-out and pleasant assistant.

Products were easy to find, employees at the customer desk were helpful and pleasant! We enjoyed looking around in the garden area and bought flowers and went inside to shop and got help finding the gloves I needed. Also bought a larger item that we needed to pick up the next day! Clean and friendly store.

Constantly waiting on employees in every department, never anyone around to help and so poorly stocked you might as well make the trip to Topsham or Waterville.

Associates always have a ready smile and offers of help.

The store is very well-kept, the aisles tend to be clean, the employees are always readily available to help. Kada was a great help in the garden center, she helped me find everything I was looking for, she even helped me load my 12 bags of mulch.

Everything was marked clearly so I knew exactly where to go when an associate told me where I needed to go. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly.

Never been disappointed with service or product availability at this store. I'm a die-hard HD fan but some stores are better than others that's for sure. This one is awesome. Thanks HD peeps!

Home Depot in Augusta,Maine has been my "Toy Store" since it opened Have been to Lowes in Augusta a couple of times but find the shopping experience not as fun On this visit to your store, I was there for approximately 15 minutes and had 3 associates ask me if I needed any help. At Lowes, you have to pick up a department phone and wait for someone to answer, Once nobody answered the phone so I left their store

I would highly reccomend this store. Also putting 15 on the scale because it's that good :-)

The store was very well lit ,very clean and most of the products were easy to find. When I wasn't sure where a product was, there was always a very friendly and helpful store associate there to guide me. Thank-you augusta Home-Depot

The store was well lit, very bright and cherry.There were many associates available to help along the way from choosing the door I wanted to helping me with which hardware that would suit me best as well as the lock jig so I could easily install my deadbolt..Then the check-out girl let me do two transactions as well as got another associate to help me load my truck...Thank-you so much Home-Depot

We had a wonderful experience with Jeff, who ordered our cabinets and counter top, Wanda who ordered our Wanda and Bob who checked us out at the customer service window. They were the most professional employees that we have ever dealt with!!

BOB AND ROSIE AT THE SERVICE DESK REALLY ARE GREAT AND HAVE MY BACK. THEY CAN DO THE COMPLICATED STUFF FOR ME AND HAVE HELPED ME WITH MY RIDGID TOOL LIFETIME WARRANTY ISSUES. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE FAIR PEOPLE TO TALK TO AND THEY ARE BOTH VERY FAIR. GREAT PEOPLE ARE VERY IMPORTANT.

Every visit to Home Depot is a pleasure. I can find so many things

I shop bpth Home Depot and Lowes on a fairly regular basis. Have found that Lowes will advertise an item online and not have it in the store when you get there. I've had better luck with Home Depot having what they say they do in stock.It's also easier to find an associate to assist you in Home Depot. Lowes you have to hunt them down and even then, they're trying to make it look like theythey're busy. Much easier to find someone to help at Home Depot.

We usually go there off peak hours to take advantage of the most help available and little or no effort.

Found everything I needed and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Products were easy to locate, fast shopping experience, friendly staff.
