I bought a roll of plastic and electric heater for my sun room they had the stuff I needed

It is never a pleasant experience picking out flooring. (At least when your 60 years old and standing on a hard floor for hours). Beth in the Flooring Dept in the Augusta store couldn't have been more helpful. She was able to explain the pros and cons of different flooring. She called multiple stores multiple times to secure number of cases that we needed and was so pleasant the whole time. She really made to whole experience worth while.

This was the last time I try HD. Went to buy kitchen sink & faucet, have a key made and purchase as well as several other items. I could find no one in any section willing or interested in helping. This store is always messy

Exceptional service by Wanda who has been with Home Depot for 19 years. It is evident she takes pride in her work and delivering the best in customer service. Home Depot is fortunate to have a team member like Wanda. We plan to come back to see her next to get siding for our home.

Hopefully Cory is working in the paint department IF that's the area You need help and service. Because She is THE BEST. Patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She knew just what I needed for my project. And took the time to explain how, and why, to do it the correct way. Which saves me time and money in the long run. Thanks Cory!!!

I like shopping there but am very disappointed that you only have a military discount and not also a first responder discount. My husband is a police officer and it would be nice to allow him a discount for his service too.

Employees in flooring need better training. They were friendly but just did not seem to know what they were doing. The first one trying to help me had to summon the help of others. There were as many as 4 people at one time. Then when it came time to finalize my order, I was looking for a Veteran's Discount. Each employee told me the discount was 10% of the material cost. My order was nearly $5,000 with about $2,793 for material. At 10% the discount would have been $279. But none of the employees could get it credited to my purchase. One said it would be mailed to me. When I left the store and was reviewing the receipt there was a discount of $50, none of the employees saw it. A far cry from $279. Will the rest come in the mail? Should I hold my breath? The rest of the store is good, I think. But, now I wonder.

This is a great store. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I had a wonderful time working with their kitchen designer who helped me figure out what questions I needed to ask adn then answered them all for me. You cannot ask for better than that.

Kurt, the window./door department guy, went above and beyond with us to order our windows. He is knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He made it easy!

August store has the worst customer service. After ordering a refrigerator in January waiting for it to come in March. I called the store 3 times to double check that the item came in. I asked specifically for eyes on product before heading out over an hour away. All I got was a run around. For 2 hours I asked for a manager. Trent was covering appliances but was in a meeting. After explaining to the 6 people standing around in customer service. No one was in Appliances. Trent assistant manager was in training with the manager. No help could be given. I had to demand that I see the manager. I had been waiting over an hour at this point. I see Trent coming as he stopped n chatted with cashiers n several workers. My item was in the store at one time. Was sold to someone else. Between the story in receiving and the 2 workers going to locate this item. Everyone had a new story. I proposed the floor model n 1000.00 off. The best was 400 off. That brings me to the day I asked to buy the floor model n they could order a new one. I was told Home Depot does not sell floor models because they can not guarantee they work. This is not true as Trent the assistant manager validated that information. Why wouldn’t you order at least 20 items. You have the space. They will sell. This was such an inconvenience. I will NEVER STEP FOOT OR ORDER FROM Home Depot again. I will definitely tell everyone I know to go to Steve’s appliance.

Terri and Pauline were very helpful- greeted us when we entered the store, offered us assistance and were efficient and friendly when helping us load our wood pellets.

If the employees are going to offer discounts for an inconvenience they should offer it to all the customers involved. Not just the old couple. I had to wait just like them but was not compensated for my time when I could have easily rang up my items again but was told not to. Sorry I’m not a boomer.

I always find everything I'm looking for when I go to Home Depot in Augusta. All the employees are very friendly and always helpful. One thing I particularly like about them is that they not only tell me WHERE the item is I'm asking about, but they walk me to the very place it's located. The manager of the Augusta Home Depot is extremely nice. Morgan offered suggestions when I was shopping for a washer and dryer based on her personal experience with them. She didn't pass me off to an associate. She took the time to assist me herself. Home Depot is great place to shop.

Went in looking for a riding mower on a budget. Store employees were able to help me out and get me a better mower at less than I thought I would spend. Cashiers were super nice, too.
