First time at this location and the store was very clean shelves stocks and their computer inventory was accurate … employee named Peter was awesome… very helpful and friendly without asking he helped my lift a table saw onto my trolley and then helped me load that plus all my lumber into my truck…

Just small stuff about the Augusta Home Depot that I love. I feel it’s always stocked well. Isles are always clean and not full of overstock. Product selection is always top of the line.

I love Home Depot, from the tools to the little birdies flying all over the store. The Augusta store is clean and easy to shop. They have a great ProDesk staffed with knowledgeable friendly employees. Staffing is short at most businesses these days, but I can always find someone to help. You cannot beat their sales on tools!

I was totally confused by the changes in lightbulbs. Thanks to a sales associate, I got all my questions answered and help finding what I needed.

I love how Home Depot hires experienced people to help their customers. I was recently helped by "Super Dave". He helped me pick out the vanity that would work with my existing plumbing and then helped me find a compatible faucet.

I got a couple custom gallons and the service was great. One was a color match and the other I had the label from a can I bought 10 years ago and they were able to still produce it. Good price on the gallons as well.

Great service, Olivia and Sam were very helpful and couteous.

Couldn’t not find an item. Cashier went out of her way to help me locate a time sensitive gift.

Your store employees don't seem to care about the customers. The directions for in store pick up in the email sent to me isn't what I experienced at the store. I made eye contact with no less than 3 staff behind the pro desk and not one bothered to greet me or ask If I could be helped until I spoke up! It's like I was invisible!

Jonathan and Olivia from the Augusta, ME branch are 2 of the nicest and most professional people I've ever worked with in a store. Their customer service skills and patience were top notch and went above and beyond for everything. These are the type of employees you want working for you and make customers like me come back to the store.

Normally the service at the Pro Desk is better represented.

The Augusta HD has a great kitchen design department! I have planned TWO kitchens there, despite it not being my most convenient location travel wise, because I have had several great experiences there. Bill M., my kitchen designer, worked tirelessly to give me exactly the kitchen I wanted. He offered very sensible advice and patiently answered all of my endless questions. I am impressed, as well, by his depth of knowledge about the cabinet products, and by his cheerful attitude. He is an asset to Home Depot. Bill S., the second designer there, is equally as knowledgeable, and although he did not specifically work on my design, he answered questions and was cheerful too. All in all, worth traveling for!

Reid helped my find a trimmer I was looking for and answered questions. Another employee (I didn't get their name) helped reach another item in an area closed for safety. Reid then had just opened a register and checked me out. Their positive attitudes and helpfulness made it a great shopping experience.

Sold me a damage washing machine. The box was damaged so why would they sell the item. Because it was damaged I got to endure even more of a hassle and return the item and wait for a replacement. Many employees roaming around but not many willing to help a customer.

Assistant Manager Trent Bryson did heroic work in helping right a wrong that my wife and I encountered as a result of the bad information on the store's website. He was a great listener and he was empathetic to the dilemma in which we found ourselves.

Went tobuy bagged mulch and had plenty available. Cashier was awesome and very friendly! As usual! I really like the Home Depot to get all the stuff I need!

I went into this store around closing time and walked around browsing. Every associate I had eye contact with greeted me with a sincere hello how are you or asked if I needed any assistance. Never once did anyone tell me they were closing shortly. Fantastic experience.

I went in with a list and was offered help by an employee who proceded to show me where everything was on the list and I was in and out within 30 Minutes. Unexpected and very much appreciated.

They have good stock of items. The employees are helpful, patient and kind. Special shout out to Deidra, our cashier, who went above and beyond to help us during a stressful day!
