I was frustrated I had to go all the way to this store to get another tub of grout. I needed about a cup to finish my project. Brenda cheered me up with her comments and holiday wishes. Thank you Brenda.

Would recommend this to anyone because customer service is off the chain

I shop at this location frequently. It’s my favorite hardware store and I always find the staff helpful and friendly.

Home Depot has changed their policy regarding Military Discounts and have made it difficult for older Veterans to secure the benifits of the discount. Just a heads up, for those that don't know this yet. I'll be shopping at the place across the street from HD the next time I need something.

The purpose of trip was to receive price match difference from an exact same product Lowe’s sell. Upon being called my turn in line to speak w/the customer service rep (receipt indicates "Karin" - !), I asked to confirm that HD provides price match. The reply I received, in a very sarcastic, belittling tone THROUGHOUT my experience with this woman, was “only if you have a receipt and proof of price match, and the proof can’t be an on-line price”. I provided my receipt and a printed copy from Lowe’s web site (the location closest to us in Greenwood, SC, a location approximately 60 miles away from the Evans, GA location I was at). She VERY briefly glimpsed at my receipt and replied, “It has to be within 7 days and receipt date is beyond that. And you may not have gotten the price match because different stores can have different prices”. I replied indicating that the receipt was in fact within 7 days and at this point I decided not to begin an argument about her competitor’s location comment. She then briefly took another look at the date on the receipt (which I had circled in advance) and replied “oh, yeah, that is within 7 days”. She proceeded to look up the item on-line at Lowe’s web site (which obviously could have been done without me providing “proof”) and replied, “This is an on-line price, we can’t give you the price match”. I replied “It may be, but it’s the exact same price in store right across the street at Lowe’s that I saw when we left here post purchasing this item a few days ago”. She then very clearly spoke to me even less, reluctantly provided the price match ($5 and change) and hardly sent me off with a ‘thank you” or “good-bye”. I understand folks have bad days though it was VERY clear by her verbal and non-verbal words, tone and body language that she is NOT an overall pleasant individual – especially not something expected in the south – and she acted as if it was her own $5. I also understand good help is hard to find BUT she was stationed at the Customer Service area (and thus obviously should expect this kind of transaction) and is someone who, for her shift, IS “Home Depot” – and that’s who Home Depot chooses to represent themselves??? Nope, I think we’ll shop at Lowe’s moving forward.

The helpful people at this location make it worth the drive

We had just left another store where we had previously bought a product several years ago. We were satisfied they could sell us more of the same product and in the right amount (paint). So we came here and this store matched the color and recommended the amount we should by.

Samoine, working in the lumber and concrete section, caught me upon entering and assisted me, smoothly throughout the store, getting the concrete I needed to process, and assisted in loading same, wearing a smile all the time.

Found the product I was looking for and reasonable price.

Jordan in milworks ,is such a pleasure to work with she goes above and beyond in the Millworks department

Sarah was a Great help in the garden area. I purchased 15 bags of pond rocks

If you are a person that likes to work on projects at home and you are a beginner, have some experience, or a lot of experience, the one product I can truly reccomend to any of you is Ryobi. These tools have truly made my life so much easier in almost every area of being a home owner, renter, or whatever or wherever you live. You will not be disappointed in the least. And I have products for myself, my wife and family members older and younger.

I frequent the Evans store and it is an absolute pleasure to shop the there. There's not a single time we're I couldn't find was I was looking for. And there so helpful , thank you !!!

Bryan from the Garden Center was so wonderful! He assisted me in locating what I wanted to purchase and even helped me load it in the car! Good customer service is so hard to find these days.

This store and its staff have always gone beyond the call of duty to help and assist you with any matter. The store is clean, well stocked and easy to navigate with a good variety of product choices.

I've been shopping at Home Depot for years. I enjoy the courteous and friendly atmosphere of the Augusta North store. I purchased my first Milwaukee power tool at the Augusta North store, I now have 10 power tools. Great product and will continue to shop at the Augusta North Store. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful when assistance is needed.

This is a clean, neat nice store to shop at. These guys are always helpful and nice to work with.

The woman who tried to assist us was wonderful but the person she tried calling on the radio and all call that had us wait 30-45 min for something simple. This is an issue with this store from time to time we shop here when heading to a job on this side of town. Work on being responsive guys we all have jobs to do and time limits to do them.
