Worst Customer service. They will not rectify their mistakes.

Laqesha treats people like garbage and sends her friends out to get customers license plate numbers when people don't accept her crap treatment

This store has a pretty good stock on most things I like the location

OVER ALL THE STAFF AT THIS STORE HAS REMAINED STABLE. I APPRECIATE FEELING THAT I AM DEALING WITH A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON.

This store and the staff are horrible!! Take the time to go anywhere but here. You could get a better value if you drove to Mars but since this is the "central" Aurora location most people will end up here. Avoid at all costs.

Bad experience. Both items I wanted were in plentiful supply, according to the website for this store, but neither item could be found. I asked help from associates but they were of no help. We go to this store now and then because it's closer to our house than other stores but today proved, once again, that we should not shop here.

We had a curbside pickup order which went very quickly and efficiently. In addition, the associate in plumbing was very helpful and save us a great deal of time in finding what we needed.

Went inside today expecting to purchase a $3,000 front door w sidelights. The employees were exceptionally versed in their products and long term Colorado weather effects on exterior doors. I left feeling great about my $4500 purchase and was very happy with all the specific decisions I made. I went to the garden center and purchased several items for my Spring garden. Their selection was great and I enjoyed all the help I received.

Not only did I get assistance while shopping I received outstanding customer service. I would like to recognize Kurt and Pedro for their outstanding customer service. I was able to purchase all items that I was shopping for. No matter when I visit Home Depot #1501 it is always very clean and organized. This is my neighborhood store and I enjoy coming here for my project needs. The staff has always been pleasant. Today I wanted to write a review to complement Maria B. on her personal professionalism. Every time I come to the store if I go through her line she is pleasant and today I realized she actually remembered me from a few weeks ago. I don't know if she does that always but today it made me feel like I mattered. I just wanted to appreciate her for her kind professionalism.

The customer service I received was all you could ever hope for , a pleasure shooing here , they have everything you need and a great staff to assist you. Very clean Store & organized products as well.

great atmosphere from employees

I needed some serious help getting carpet info and carpet. Sebastian in the Carpet area was Amazing! Excellent knowledge and customer service. I went in not knowing what I was doing and walked out very satisfied and actually want to go back and get more carpet lol Sebastian is a great asset to the store.

Very busy store but the store employees are always helpful and friendly. They make it easier to shop and as they are knowledgeable and always ready to assist. Really recommends this store. Thank You!

This store location has friendly and helpful employees. Every time I visit this location I am asked by at least one employee if I need any help finding an item. In all cases the employee is able to tell me what aisle to go to for the item I am looking for; or they take me to the aisle for the item. I am never disappointed by the customer service at this location.
