The store employees are helpful, it is the on line shopping that needs an upgrade. Slow, wouldn’t let me make an account or order my products on line.

I drove from Breckenridge because the store near me didn't have what I needed. Everyone I encountered, Jerry, Sally, and Miles, was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was able to get my business taken care of quickly and get back on the road home. I highly recommend this store because of the great employees.

Awful, Awful, Awful. Employees don’t know the product and the inventory is always inaccurate. Don’t ever buy on line without seeing the product on the shelf. It will take forever to get a refund and you might not ever get a refund. Delivery service delivers wrong numbers of items you ordered and payed for but does not mark it and it takes multiple visits to get a credit or a refund! This store needs an over haul. Go to the Evergreen Home Depot Store. They have accurate inventory.

This store is absolute trash, the employees run and hide rather than help anyone. If you do by chance catch one off guard & ask for help, they generally won't be able to help you & will normally complain about how customers don't put things back where they belong or they'll just sell you the wrong thing. Seriously, there's got to be people in this world that need work, the management should be gutted from this location & start over.

Your salesperson Caroline in the microwave department was more than helpful. She had spent a great deal of time looking for the right microwave for me. This was a phone sales. There were only five microwwaves (over the range) in your store. My initial phone all to the store stated that there were no microwaves in the store. I tried to order on lime but that meant a March delivery. I need the microwave NOW. Caroline was the best!! She found the right microwave, of the five. in the store there were three that had an external exhaust that I could not use. She really had looked over all that you had in stock. Unfortunately when my son came to pick up the microwave he was given the wrong one. He realized this. once he got to his car. So a return to the store for the correct microwave.

We drove almost 2 hours to the closest Home Depot, and that was the Avon, CO store. We were pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful all of the employees were. Gabriella at the returns/customer service desk was very helpful and professional. We shopped and purchased some items. We were helped by a number of other employees and they were all very friendly. Many of the employees offered to walk us to the item we were looking for. No one acted like we were bothering them. The store and bathrooms were clean. Just a very pleasant experience. We'll be back!

Great return policy with the best friendly employees

I am ordinarily a Home Depot fan. One this one occasion there was an item priced at $2.08 But when I went to checkout it came out at $5 something. After 30-45 minutes of wrangling with three employees, it turns out the price was incorrectly posted. It happens. BUT when it happens to me as an employer, I honor the posted price. A lower level employee, not having that authority, refused to sell it to me at the posted price. I still like Home Depot but before I load my cart up do I have to double check the price? Can't I rely on the posted price? If Home Depot made the mistake they should own up to it and honor the posted price!

what can i say they have everything you need for your home improvement's

Staff is great but need to be a bit more friendly and ask if you need help instead of having to run someone down for help only to find out they dont have a clue how to even tie their shoes.

Does not follow city, state and county mask mandates, which specifically state that those with a prohibitive medical condition are exempt from wearing a mask. Instead, some (but not all) staff members simply refuse to serve you.

My customer service experience with this store was an absolute nightmare. I spent five weeks waiting for a product, multiple hours on the phone, was told that the product would be delivered and then it wasn’t, only to be told in the end that the product no longer existed. Their customer service department is shameful.

Gail Duckett from the kitchen dept helped us. She did a wonderful job understanding what we needed. She was professional and friendly. We left knowing we had ordered just what we wanted.

Store was good and looked pretty good. Some freight in the aisle and some of the shelves looked like they needed stocking in garden but overall good.
