It had been about ten years since I last visited the Avon Home Depot. I was very pleased with the level of service from the employees. Everyone was very attentive without being overly aggressive. The store was well stocked and I had no trouble finding what I needed. The public restrooms were very clean. This is always appreciated. David at the self-checkout was very helpful using the new machines that have been installed. His energy and enthusiasm was greatly appreciated at a time when personal interactions have been strained by COVID19 concerns. I will definitely shop there again!

Drove from Breckenridge to Avon to purchase a hot water heater. The employees were very helpful, the store was clean and inventory abundant. Bonus points for the amazing American flag flying in the parking lot.

you can buy the products but you can count on them to stick to a date to deliver. Ive taken three days off now waiting for my new microwave and been left empty handed each time. Loss of income and disappointment in no service as promised.

Great home depot store. Most of the employees go above and beyond to help their customers. I definitely think Lori in appliances does a terrific job.

Extreme Builders has been a client at this store from day one it opened .. We have a great relationship with all the staff, well almost all the staff. Luis, Jerry and Sally from the pro desk are always great to me and my staff, they go above and beyond for us, and we greatly appreciate it !! Adriana at customer service desk is also great to us, and follows up with the needed phone calls, some of my clients purchase materials on line, deliver to store and we pick them up. She will recognize the product is for us and call us!! That is huge!!! Just a great overall experience, for the most part, as with every business, there are ups and downs.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This was the worst experience I have had just to buy and have delivered a refrigerator. No one would help me in the store, the refigerator was available on the floor but I wanted delivery and haul away of the old, no one would call to set up delivery, I called four times and spent a combined 3hours on hold, then they said they would only deliver to the curb. What a waste of a great brick and mortar building. I will be going ANYWHERE else next time!

Generally well stocked and knowledgeable and helpful Staff

In general the store is clean and organized, there are some sales associates that are very helpful however there always seem to be a lot of employees that are simply standing around or wandering aimlessly through the store. My most recent shopping experience was an attemp to purchase plastic laminate countertops for a midsized commercial project. After almost one month of working through the ordering process, I had to cancel the order and make other arrangements as the Home Depot Cabinet Designer was not able to get the countertop fabricator - "Front Range Stone" to accept or acknowledge the order. I have purchased many thousands of dollars of cabinets and appliances through Home Depot in the past with great results but will never even consider a countertop purchase whether it be natural stone, man made solid surface of plastic laminate as long as the fabricator is "Front Range Stone".

The store is usually really good. Employees are usually polite and helpful. All the good name brands too. But if something does go wrong, and you complain - good luck getting it fixed. Thats my only issue, but it's a big one. I depend on customer service just as much as I depend on the items I'm buying.

This store mislabeled my gallon paint cans. When I complained (after the painter put it on the wall), the manager offered to sell me one replacement can at a 'marked down' price. I get to pay the painter a few hundred more to do it all over again. That error hurt me financially enough to leave a bad review. But previously, I was really happy with this store. I cannot recommend their paint center though, and I don't feel the manager made it up to me at all.

We are very pleased to have a Home Depot in our town, the prices are great, and the people that work here are doing a great job!! I have been a customer from the day this store opened, love this place!!!

The younger store associates doesn’t have the knowledge of the products they carry. Not very friendly. Also can’t find associates to help me.

Store was very chaotic and the bathroom filthy. We made appliance purchases of over $2.000.00 and were told delivery and installation were included. When installers delivered, they couldn’t install microwave/range vent because there was no electrical outlet. We had an outlet installed, then Home Depot said we needed to pay for installation because it wasn’t included. Big run around and very rude unhelpful customer service.

I tried to order appliances from a competitor, but they never returned my call. I called the Avon store and Lynn was very helpful in putting together my order and setting up delivery. I appreciate their service.

I bought online a washer n dryer. I mistakenly ordered an electric instead of what I needed a gas dryer. After returning my mistake Melissa worked with me to re purchase the right item. However, it was no longer on sale. She was more than fair as to help with the new cost of this gas dryer. Big Thank You Melissa at the Avon Store. You were fantastic to work with.
