I went through self checkout and left a 5’ piece of copper pipe. Called the store but no one answered so far… going on 11 minutes.

The store need more salespeople in the appliance dept.

We will never use Home Depot again. Everything was late on arrival, install. Missing drawers and cabinets. Extremely poor communication. We paid up front for a new kitchen and three bathrooms and no point of contact or help. Took 6 months for a job that was suppose to be quick and easy. Would not recommend… never even had a manager call to explain poor service!

The quality of lumber at HD has really went downhill lately. Prices went up, quality went down.

I go to this location because it is convenient and the store is very clean. The Associates are very knowledgeable and knows their product.

Brought a freeze that need to be delivered never received a called for confirmation scheduled delivery. Sitting on the app say still processing. Call the the store know one has a clue. Very upset.

Any screw or bolt you could want. Usually a good selection of lumber at fair prices.

Read the fine print closely, or you might find that in a single order, some items will be delivered, and some will be waiting for you at the store. Cancelling half the purchase on line was impossible for the average person. Not a very good system, to say the least unless you work for a competing building supply store.

The staff is vile and rude.

Purchase process was easy and the store Associate was friendly, knowledgeable. The delivery team did an awesome job in taking away the old appliance and installing the new one carefully, quickly, efficiently and gave a thorough tutorial on its use. They were great!

Light bulbs, new smoke detectors, plumbing fixtures, small tools, wet and dry canister vacume, and wood.

No friggging cashiers. Will not be back. No option others than self checkout. People walking around everywhere and no cashiers. Counted at least 10 employees walking around doing nothing. Nothing —except on their phones. Not stocking. Not helping customers etc.

Hopefully you know exactly what you need and exactly where to find it otherwise you're screwed. No one there to help and when you stumble upon someone they typically don't know or will pass you off to someone else. I don't go to the big boxes anymore. I'll pay the small local stores more but get service.

Bought a stove. Great customer service. Made the experience less stressful and positive

A great team of people helped me choose lvp flooring. I got some good advice on choosing a refrigerator I have had people help me with gardening tools, and they were very knowledgeable.

Stan was very helpful in assisting us for the selection of our appliances. Susan was equally helpful in assisting us with the kitchen sink.

I'm 95 and not that mobile anymore but my family does my shopping there and on good days I can shop using my rollator it helps that my past shopping experience I know where to go for what I'm looking fore, thank you.

It makes it difficult to navigate with large items.

Got a cartload of mulch and was met in the store by an associate who took the cart to the front of the store for and then out to my truck and proceeded to load me up.

I couldn’t ask for better assistance. My recent shopping experiences have actually been fun! My f try ones and I walked a few laps around the store while I was shopping for a medicine cabinet. We saw items of future interest. I need a table lamp and she was interested in the cactus selection. Thank you for a fun shopping experience.

I've been shopping at this particular Home Depot for decades. I have consistently dealt with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. This Home Depot, in my experience, has better customer service than most other chain stores.

Came in looking for some holiday decor. We were fortunate to have a store associate named Beth assist us. She was absolutely outstanding! Very helpful and polite! The interaction with her made the visit exceptional. Thank you, Beth!

I dashed in to the Bainbridge Home Depot to get a list of unrelated things less than an hour before closing. At least 3 team members helped me find things as I roamed in search of plastic sheeting, plywood, oil, brass rod, etc., and I didn't have to ask - they saw me looking and offered help. All were very friendly, as they have been in the past. So nice to shop at a store with such a high quality team.

Happy with help in making "buying" decision----selection of various product types, sizes, etc.

Most all stores stock and sell the same appliances. What mattered to us was the attention of the saleswoman. She made it pleasurable to spend $1000 on new appliances (really).
