I came to buy a second battery for a leaf blower and learned I could buy 2 and get a free tool as well. Great upselling training and knowledge of the products.

Almost 4 hours just to place an order fro a washer & drier… Lots of issues trying to use a Gone Depot / Samsung coupon Unbelievable..!!!

I went looking for a snow blower and ha a great conversation with the sales associate. However, I did not get his name. Cathy and Andrew handled the sales transaction due to the snow blower being on sale. Andrew and Cathy made my wife and I feel relaxed and reassured that we made a great purchase. Home Depot has what I need and people are great.

I have purchased many items from this store and have always been happy. I have had not so good experiences at the Chardon, Ohio store and Highland Hts., Ohio store with returns. I can take them to Bainbridge and there is never a problem with a problem.

Larry Thrasher of the Appliance department provides the most incredible service we have ever received at that store. It is because of him that we bought our new refrigerator there. We typically have little to no help at this store and try to avoid it at all costs. Due to convenience of location we decided to give it one more try and we are SO GLAD we did. Larry is knowledgeable about the products and helped us make the most informed decision. He is kind and patient, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. My husband and I are both small business owners and having an employee like Larry would be an honor. I sincerely hope Larry receives the recognition from the store that he deserves, both verbally and monetarily. He is OUTSTANDING!!!

The staff here is terrible and management seems to be oblivious. Go somewhere else.

I forgot to say that Dwayne helped me with the check out machinev( I was a bit confused) and was kind enough to even get me a cart and put those big pieces in it. I loved Dwayne!!!

Everyone in the garden center was so very helpful and kind. I’ve never had an experience like this in a big box store before. So grateful for the help today.

Just moved to the area and needed a whole house water filter insert. Employee walked me to the plumbing but being an electrical expert called for assistance. The item was quickly located. Unexpected personal service that went well beyond expectations.

We were quoted for counters. When we went back to pay they let us wait for an hour before told employee went home sick. Manager couldn’t figure out how to work the system, so we left without paying. Called back Monday, employee was sick again and again nobody could help us pay. When asked for a discount or something for our trouble, we were just ignored. Will never make a significant home improvement purchase here again. This is gear towards the kitchen counter department.

I was very satisfied with the help from Cynthia who works in the Appliance Department. She was very knowledgeable about the products. Every employee I encountered today was friendly and helpful. Great job!

I'm getting ready to shingle my shed so I went to order the shingles and get a hold of a roofing contractor that could do the job. Kim waited on me and help get the right shingles I wanted and told me of a website to go to in order to find a roofing contractor. She was very attentive to my questions and help me to get started on the project.

The people at the store are great. They help everytime I need it.

Appliance Dept. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

My cashier in the garden department (Deniece) was so helpful when she offered me hand sanitizer after I picked up another customers receipt on the floor and threw it away. She went out of her way to say she remembered me from a previous visit, and gave me a good sales pitch for a Home Depot credit card. She was friendly and looked me in the eye and asked if there was anything else I needed in my shopping cart. A SUPER employee!

Better than the other Home Depots. Love this store.

No help available in appliance dept but found an amazing associate name Nathan Welsh who went above and beyond to help us purchase multiple large appliances even though it wasn’t his dept. No one was around to help us at the Streetsboro location even after someone was paged. Nathan saved the day in Bainbridge but this will likely be the last time I deal with Home Depot. HD needs to work on their overall customer service and care.

I bought a shelving unit.The one I brought home turned out to be a different one than the one I thought I was getting.There were some parts missing and I went to the store to try and resolve the problem.I just assumed that it would be a hassle. Wow! was I wrong.I was pleasantly surprised to have Judy in customer service help me.I also had a great young man in the lumber department help me by cutting a 4x8 particle board into shelves for me.Grerat help and great customer relations and I was on my way for a price that I was more than happy with.I'm gllad the Aurora ohio home depot is my home store.Great job.My hats off to both of you great people.

I was there 10/12/22, could not find a cart inside or outside, no carts for vertically loading 4'x8' drywall. A female worker was using the cart I needed, I told female employee couldn't find a cart. She was loading items on same type of cart. She gave me her cart. That was very appreciated. I loaded 4'x8' drywall and a bag of 45min easy-sand. Loaded into my SUV. I brought back same cart inside to same female employee. She should get recognition for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately I do not know her name.

I bought mulch and it was super cheap

I shop at the Home Depot in Bainbridge, Ohio and enjoy this store because the sales associates are very helpful and, if they don't have answers, they can find an expert in he store who can help.
