While I'm not familiar with this store layout, it can be intimidating. Three times I asked store associates where something was located and three times they were very helpful, even walking me to the proper aisle and location to get to the desired materials. I would definitely recommend this store - very friendly and helpful staff - huge selection of materials - very pleasant experience.....

The products I was looking for were easy to find with the help of the store employee's assistance and recommendations, and the store was very clean!

I was in search of bolts to mount a trailer hitch on my Traverse. The ones that came with the hitch were not the right size. Tim picked out three bolts closest to the size that came with the hitch, went outside with me to my vehicle, got down on the ground under my car and helped me check to make sure we had the right size. It was truly above and beyond the call of duty!

I was able to find everything I needed, but the best part of our shopping trip was the gentleman who greeted my granddaughter and I at the door. He has been there in the past and he cleans off the cart for us and is very sweet. I so appreciate the personal attention. Last week my granddaughter talked to him, this week she was shy and he said "that's good, don't talk to strangers" but then he said "God bless you sweet child." It almost made me cry, he reminded me of my own father. Thank you for employing senior citizens, it's not just helping them, but your customers as well.

I had some Keys made. I must say the Gentlemen that made them was excellent. He spent the time and effort to make the keys properly. Nice to have someone that cares.

Associate was very helpful and got me light fixture that was not on the shelf.

Had problems at another store...went to Bainbridge/Aurora store and they were so helpful. We switched stores and went with this store. Ordered door...within 2 days came out and re-measured..ordered door..next day they came and installed. Would recommend this store to everyone!

From the time I walked in the store when Courtney so thoroughly helped me find everything I needed, until he also helped me load my purchases in my truck; Courtney and Tracy were nothing but pleasant and helpful the whole time (which was almost about 45mins.)! Thanks again for making a stressful day much easier!!

It took over 3 attempts to get help in lighting and I had to go find someone myself. Front Desk associates never called or sent someone to the dept. It took me 20 minutes to find help. And the product availability was poor in light bulbs.....no longer carry the bulbs I needed.

The associates are always so helpful and the store is clean and neat. They make it easy to shop!

Courtney went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and to help me with an issue I had with a previously purchased doorknob. I lost the key to reset the key lock, and instead of resetting it or having me purchase a new one, he gave me an entirely new knob/lock set. It surprised me and made my day!

Paint Department associate and Contractor Department cashier were both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making my visit pleasurable and profitable.

I had a few technical questions, as well as product questions and the female associate in the paint dept. was very helpful. I would seek her out again if I had any questions!

This has turned into my go to store for all the repairs I have needed to do since moving into the area. All I need I can find there.

I was standing in an aisle not knowing were to look for a product. An associate saw me and asked if they coould help me locate an item. I explained what I was looking for and she took me directlyt tothe section of the store and shelf where the item was located. I thanked her for her efforts and she asked if there was anything else in the store she could assist me with today. Without the assistance, i would probably have left the store and that would have been a 'lost sale' for the organization.

I always can fined everything what we need. Need more associates to help

I live about 10 minutes away and shop here all the time. There is a different supply store closer to my house, but I can never seem to find the exact products I need for specific projects. Store is laid out nicely, easy to get in and out of, and has great inventory.

the store pretty much has what Im looking for , the associates are extremely helpful when needed.

Ever since I moved into the area this has been my go to store for all my home upgrade and repair needs. Plus I was always able to get helpful information from the associates

I am very busy and don't have extra time to waist running from store to store. The store would have ben better off as a high volume store. It has a hard time keeping regular stocked items because of it's low volume status

This store is well stocked, with employees that know the products and are pleasant to you too!

don't go to this garden center on a weekend if you require associate help, or if you have a limited amount of time. i spent more time waiting to check out that i did shopping. I couldn't find what i wanted, but i couldn't find a store employee to help me. I finally bought something that was not what i wanted, but was close.

This place has great service. All the products are at a great and affordable price. One problem is that there is noise which can be bothering. The stores are very spacey which is good because of all the great products taking up space.

Found what I needed for Father's Day--in & out--a happy guy!

The store is well organized, and marked where products can easily be found. When I had trouble getting 1x2 out because of band on bundle, associate was very helpful and friendly to cut band. Men loading stock salt helped load my salt and were friendly and helpful.
