Stop treating hard working paying customers like criminals.

I use this store frequently when on the Northwest side of San Antonio.

Always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Whenever there is a reason to return an item, there is never an issue. Customer friendly.

I like this store! It’s my neighborhood store. I hope management takes our suggestions seriously so I don’t have to look for another store. Thanks

Closest but has rude employees and no help

High 5 to Mario for helping me load up top soil bags onto the flat cart. He even pushed the flat cart to the garden center where the soil was located because I had 4 large bags of scotts fertilizer on the flatbed. He was very courteous, informative, and accommodating. After I paid for my products he loaded them up in my suburban. I am a small framed female and he walked up to me and asked me if I needed help, very important with regards to being proactive and a great model for others.

I love this store, but there aren't enough workers to assist customers, especially in the plants and stone areas. It is going to be Spring soon and customers can't find anyone to help them!

Love this location. Staff always helpful and inventory well stocked.

Buy from them goes smooth delivery is way out there!

This is my favorite Home Depot Store on Bandera Trails. They always have what I need and they are a very well organized store.

Customer service was excellent and all employees were knowledgeable and professional!

Rene in lumber helped us with some board cutting and tried to save us some money. It would have only been a couple bucks but he went through the effort of figuring it out.

I bought a double wall oven and Susan Ruiz capably walked me through the entire process including a home visit to measure the cutout space, delivery of the ovens and installation. and the costs and timetable. I am confident that things will go well or that I will have excellent support if there are any glitches!

I found item I wanted but was not available at my Home Depot. Had to order on line. I took the info in and a customer service rep ordered ut gir me to be delivered at my home. It was great to ge able to do that.

I really enjoy this location! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help me with anything I may need! I didn’t even have to lift a finger to load my purchases into my car. There is always someone there to help me! Thank you once again Wesley, Matt, and Caroline!

Had some issues with paint. My wife wasn’t happy. I went into customer service with my tail between my legs and the gentlemen that helped put me at ease and handled all my issues and now I’m still married

I stopped into Home Depot about 20-30 minutes before the store closed and needed 12 key copies for friends and family, as I would be traveling for an extended trip. Robert was so kind to help me and I greatly appreciated him taking time out of his nightly closing responsibilities to attend to me. I know making key copies can be time-consuming, but he seemed unbothered and happy to help. When he noticed the store was out of one particular key type I needed, he even took the extra step of double checking inventory and finding 4 more keys for me. Additionally, he went above and beyond to check the culebra store and let me know they had the final key I needed to complete my request. In the grand scheme of things, I know this is such a small request / task, but Robert truly made my night and took an important thing off my ‘to-do list’ along with the stress that comes with it, before my upcoming travels. Thank you for all your help, Robert, and thank you for making me feel like a valued Home Depot customer.

Giselle was very friendly & was the first person to greet me in the store. She helped me find everything I needed! The fly traps I wanted were out of stock on the shelf but in stock in the overhead storage. She took the time to get the ladder to grab them for me.

Every time we are shopping from this store we get a great help, advice and guidance by the one of expert employee, his name is Gilbert Garcia.. He always available and willing to help. We are really appreciate his work and dedication. Thank you Gil!!

We had a coupon for $15 off $100 or more. Purchase was $247 and we wanted to use a ~$30 store credit from a return from visa gift card, but it would not go through. The cashier even said it does not show that exception, but I did not want to hold up the people behind me. Went inside and tried to order some grill parts from the store, but was also told I could not use the store credit, even though I was in store.

I live nearest the Boerne Texas store, but I'd say 30% of the time I need to drive the Bandera rd store in San Antonio because that location just has more than the Boerne location.

Today I was in the area so I stopped by bandera HomeDepot instead of the Culebra location and felt so welcomed and was able to get help from Caroline. She is amazing with her customer service skills. I was able to choose with her guided help. Thank you Caroline! I found my new store!!

Our local HD is always a great experience from being greeted, to the return/customer service desk and helpful associates.

Purchased 14 bags of concrete mix. Had to ask twice for help loading. It took 32 minutes after purchase to get this done. I am 76 years old and should not have to ask for help.

I usually have to find what I need on my own, or ask for help and then the level of customer service varies employee to employee. Rarely do they offer help in locating at another store, I'm told I need to go online to order something. There should be a way for them to help customers order it in store.

I shop at this Home Depot quite often and when Christina is working the register she is always quick and very helpful. Home Depot is truly fortunate to have employees like her.

I always find what I'm looking for and then some LOL, thank you for your store.

Best pro desk in San Antonio.

I came in today looking for a toolbox when I saw the one I wanted was not on the display floor. I went to the customer service center to ask if the item was either in stock or if they could tell me what store I could find the product at, I was told the associate looked on the Home Depot website that all stores are showing limited stock so there’s no way for anyone to know. I asked if there’s a black screen or system that Home Depot uses that allows the associates to contact the other stores I was told no and when I was asked if they could call an associate at one of the other Home Depot‘s close by I was told by the cashier she’s not here so she doesn’t know any other Home Depot‘s. When the manager came up, she told me they could call another Home Depot, but she was going to pull me and my grandmother up some chairs because there’s no guarantee a Home Depot associate would answer.
