I would HIGHLY recommend the order/ pickup feature-the representative( IVAN) that Mans that desk is a wonderful young man. He will get your order filled and since you pay online- no wait walk in and pickup-and don’t be fooled with all the woman in the store- I needed a toilet on the third shelf-the cashier walked me back and she was already walkie- talkie back to another young lady chaining and flagging and a third young lady driving the lift down the isle and up 3 levels and was bringing the toilet down and flag girl keeping customers safe and the cashier with me loaded the toilet on my cart- I have DAUGHTERS- I was so proud that these young ladies were there to help me and FAST—GREAT TEAM- MY Home Depot

I entered Home Depot through the Garden Center entrance on June 6,2021. I was shopping for Smart Plants. Two employees by the register were talking and so I stood back thinking they would pause and ask if I needed help, but they didn’t. So I went where I thought the plants would be, with other succulents but they were not. I went back and they were still visiting and I overheard one say to a third employee, “go help that customer.” I was struck by that comment…I’m kind of thinking that third employee was new. I finally pressed in and showed a picture of the plant to the man and he said, “If we have them, they’ll be over by the succulents.” There was no, “let me help you locate these.” I contacted my sister who had a difficult time finding them, as well, and she told me where to look …outside at the farthest end of the plant tables. That employee should have known the inventory or at least offered to help me find it. Even though that was an unprofessional experience…..I had the delight of the following….. I walked through the store to shop then check out. I’m a military dependent and I knew I’d need assistance towards the end of the transaction buying the Smart Plant. Sure enough, I hit the light for help and I stood barely a moment when I saw two employees helping someone else. The one young man, Sergio (or Serg) heard the sound for customer needing assistance and left his co employee to finish assisting that customer. He walked briskly over saying he was sorry about that wait and asked how he could help me. I proceeded to tell him I was a dependent and needed whatever code they put in to give my discount and complete the transaction. He confidently said, I can get that for you. Just as polite but professional as he could be. I asked him how long he worked for the company and he said just a couple of days. I was so impressed by the young man and wanted management to know Home Depot hired a keeper. There was not a manager available so a supervisor was called. Tea, yes, that’s her name, Tea, came and I shared everything. The young lady listened to my story and I told her I wanted Sergio to be recognized. She was also polite and professional and said she would pass on my comments. Then briefly called me back to show me on the receipt where I could send a comment on Sergio. The point I make to myself, for every few employees who aren’t up with customer service, there are many who made Home Depot shine. I wish Sergio and Tea success in their retail careers. Both should be recognized.

I was impressed with their customer service at this location, such professional and friendly staff! My trip to this location was pleasant and fast, I will definitely be returning!

Home Depot at Bandera Rd is my kind of store. As I was having my home build, I found all of my appliances and other tools I needed. Even at the present day I find almost everything I am in need for. The store is clean and the employees are there to assist customers in need.

The store is clean and very organize. The employees are very professional, knowledgeable and always ready to help! I was very happy purchasing the product I went there for.

very time i attended the area it is clean, swept, vents and people or employee name tag is most important because of customer service. Rest room are clean, maybe if the employee the code: alert,clean,honest,courteous and highly discipline when speaking to a customer.

I love shopping at this location. Every staff member is eager to help. It doesn't matter what you are looking for. We love to garden and be outside that we are always at this store. I was helped by Lillie and she was able to answer all of my questions and provide exact locations for everything I needed. She had a fantastic attitude and I will now be driving the extra distance to this Home Depot because of the excellent service I received.

I asked to have an employee complete my sale. The female employee guided me a self-check out register and scanned my items and walked away failing to complete my sale. I had to complete my sale. I do not work for Home Depot. If I wanted to be a cashier at Home Depot, I would apply for the job. I have a job.

Had a very helpful worker named Diana that was very patient and did everything I asked of her she made everything super easy and I am very satisfied!

The store at Bandera Road and 1604 is easily accessible. We found the potting soil we needed immediately. As we had to shop for two other items, we asked if we could park our cart with the potting soil and an attendant said "sure." Upon entering inside, we were immediately greeted by Laura who asked if we needed help. We needed two items for the bathtub. The first we figured would be hard to find but Laura took us right to the right shelf. As the index buttons were on the bottom shelf, we would not have found them on our own. She then escorted us to the area for the caulking for the bathtub we needed and picked out what we wanted. We picked up our cart with the potting soil, checked out with an equally friendly cashier and were on our way. A pleasant experience overall.

All staff were kind and helpful. Very clean. Sami, the cashier Was terrific , kind, pleasant and helpful.

I do not recommend paying for a flooring estimate because I only got part of the estimate—labor department couldn’t price the job for some reason about the product. I was told I had to go the store for pricing. Of course flooring department told me they couldn’t price labor—etc. I just walked out because I didn’t feel like being a yo-yo caught between 2 departments. Now I am trying to get a refund for the estimate that I didn’t get. I bought flooring somewhere else—quick and no charge for the estimate. Better price too!

I have been shopping at this store for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. I sometimes go to this store 3-4 times a day since I've retired and enjoy every trip.

I went to the Customer Service desk to place an order for an item that was not in stock. The cash register attendant told me she could not apply military discount if I ordered through her. I asked a manager to come correct her, he did so hesitantly but the attendant then became ruder than she was initially.

Glad you had 3 options for Cedar fence pickets. Several were in poor condition. The price of 2 x 4 x 8' rails is higher than expected or wished.

ALL THE EMPLOYEE ON THIS STORE ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY ON THE CONSTRUCTION AND LUMBER SUPPLY THE STORE IS CLEAN, AND EASY FIND THE PRODUCT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR VERY MUCH ORGANIZE.

My first time to this store location - which is weird because I've lived in the area for years - but I had a great experience. Store was cleaned & when we needed assistance in our department, help came fast. I don't recall the employees name but he cut our blinds. He was helpful & kind. The cashier was also very kind & fast (Matthew). I will definitely go back for any home projects / fixings I have.
