Always clean and organized! As a local realtor, I am in there quite often. I just go find the guy in the colorful shirts now. He is friendly and helpful. I have saved soooo much time with his help!

Employees standing around joking around with one another and not willing to assist the customers when they ask for assistance. No help in loading center blocks onto a flat cart and no one offered to help load these into the truck. Have no customer service and willingness to assist.

Seldom do I go to my Home Depot and not find the product I need. Unlike you largest competitor Home Depot always has personnel on the floor to help me find what I’m looking for.

You didn’t like the truth and rejected my comment. I will shop at Lowe’s from now on.

The store is clean, the sales associates friendly and helpful. They usually come up to me and ask if they can help me before I even have a chance to ask for help.

Everyone is very friendly, but not able to put the pieces together to get a job done. Little to no management support. Over a month worth of my time spent on back and forth communication, this is out of stock, let’s try again, we didn’t give you the right estimate and now you owe us money. After I found out (on my own) the 2nd Installation project quote wasn’t going to be done I got the run around on getting $1800 refunded. Friendly, but very weak management.

Loisy customer service. Gil from the tiledepartment lied to me and said that I was gonna get a 12 by 12 tile for $2.02..I got 30 of them. When I want to check out they ring up at $15.95 a piece and when I complain to the manager she took Gill side of the story even though I showed picture proof of several of those titles still there showing the Clarence price of $2.02 iI think they Gil, pilar,marPilar,, breenal should be fired for lying. . furthermore the management was extremely rude and they would not Honour the price that was posted that I showed clear pictures of.. this is unacceptable you guys don't deserve to be in business it's called Bait and switch and I'm gonna let every social media know how lousy you guys treated me. If I had to give you a rating it would be a negative 5 million for such lousy customer service ..YOU SUCK

I have been to a lot of other Home Depo stores in the area and this one is my favorite to date.

Lack of communication for curbside orders. Order was not available when they said it would be ready and no email, call or text was sent to let us know. Called the store twice with no one to pick up the phone.

The store had a kid named Zaire hurt my kid

We have shopped at this store many times ( close to home) and have never been disappointed. The store is well organized, labeled so we know where to look for what we need and the associates have always been friendly...even telling us how to win a gift card.

I felt very comfortable shopping in this store with the associates all wearing masks and maintaining good distancing. Although I knew what I was looking for, there was an associate in the area and asked if I needed help. Since the item I was looking for was a little more advanced than the like item I was replacing, he did tell me a couple of the newer improvements. The associate in the check-out area asked if I was paying with a card, and she directed me to the "card only" check out section. All associates I came in contact with were very helpful and friendly.

I absolutely love shopping at Home Depot located at 1604 and Bandera. This store is always neat, clean and well stocked. The employees that work there are so friendly and helpful. I've shopped at this store for nearly 20 years and have never had a negative experience. If you need to shop for any DIY items and projects, go to HOME DEPOT.

The service at this store is above and beyond, the employees that help me was very gracious and very pleasant and made sure my order was doubled checked before sending it off. Store was very glean and well organized.

The garden center has always had beautiful selection in flowers n plants. We’ve always shopped him Depot for all our projects. Only wish the selection was larger. Although we didn’t find the wall solar fence lights that I was looking for.

I can't Express enough how Josh went out of his way to assist me. I had a really bad experience with Lowes that pretty much cancelled my my affiliation with them. Great store, great people.
