I recently purchased a cordless Nail Gun, it had started to fail so I needed to return it but could not find the receipt. Home Depot on Stage Rd exchanged it for me without issue. They also worked with me through Samsung after I bought a new Stove that arrived damaged and made sure I got a replacement. Very good service overall.

I shop Home Depot #0737 Memphis because it is located close to where I reside. All associates at this store are professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. And this the main reason I purchase from Home Depot #0737 Memphis.

Store associate, Miles, provide value-added customer service. He showed a genuine concern about my project and making every effort to accommodate me in providing me what I needed to get the job done.

The employees where very helpfull and friendly, the items that I was looking for was in stock and the right product is always good for the right Job. The store was clean, and the cashier and paint section was very helpfull.

This location is amazing! As well as the staff, I sincerely appreciate the cashier Gloria and floor manager Stephen for taking the time to help. Stephen was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to plumbing and knew exactly which parts I needed for my repair. Thank you all at this location your help and time is greatly appreciated!!!

This is one the best Home Depot stores in Memphis. They have a nice and friendly staff. But not so much in the customer service/return section. That's why I gave the 4 instead of 5 stars. But overall they have everything I need and mostly on sale. This store is always clean and the products are easy to find.
