I have always had real good service at the Bastrop TX location. When I have asked associates about products they have always been able to help me. They are always willing to help if I can't find what I need, if they are from another department they have always helped me find what I need or get someone that can

Home Depot is my "go to store" for all of my construction and gardening needs. The employees are always friendly and accommodating to my requirements. They have helped me with home remodeling projects, new construction, and even were there for us when we lost our home in 2011 to the Bastrop wildfires. When we rebuilt our new home in 2012, all of the electrical lighting,ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen fixtures were purchased at Home Depot.

Staff are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra miles to satisfy customer's needs.

Friendly staff and great garden center

Light bulbs to everything we needed to build our home in 2008 made us happy to have a large Home Depot not far from where we built our new home after we moved out of Austin to the country!! We got GREAT discounts and so much help, it was a breeze to shops there!

I am in DESPERATE Need of a Chest Type Deep Freeze. "Chris" (a young Lady in the Appliance Department) was readily available to answer my questions, (which were few). I knew what I wanted, even having the Model number of the Chest Freezer. Basically, she took my order and finalized the purchase. It could not have been easier. This entire transaction was completed from the comfort of my home while she was on duty at my Bastrop, TX., Home Depot some 35 miles away. bcg

I was studying the paintbrush selection, still undecided, when an associate politely asked me to move for my own safety because the fork lift was going to be lifting a pallet on the other side of the bays I was looking in. I was mildly dismayed at the thought of starting over in my paintbrush search, and she picked up on this and volunteered to help me make a quick selection, asking the guys on the other side to hold off for just a second for us. With her advice, it only took a few seconds, and I happily scurried away, clutching my paint thinner and brush. Thanks, everyone for your concern for my safety and my shopping needs.

This Home Depot is one of the nicer Home Depots in the area. Thank you for having one in Bastrop,TX.The employees are always very nice. I also like that you all have a lot of your specials sitting out in front,so customers can see them right away. I do purchase some of them often.

Had great service this week as we were looking for a new refrigerator. Although there is a general national shortage of refrigerators it seems, we were able to purchase and get a ship date within about 10 days with great help, advice and customer service from Elaine in the appliance department at the Home Depot in Bastrop. Other stores had very few, if any available to order of the Whirlpool models we were looking at. Elaine and others at the Bastrop HD store we very helpful and also explained the extended warranty for Home Depot which is worth it if you look at the 30% refund if not used and also helps to pay part of the cost of your water filters each year of the warranty. Great to be able to shop local with super customer support.

Worst customer service EVER

Went 2 days in a row. Did purchase 2 water heaters. Poor service Had to wait for help. Had to go back outside to find cart No help or offers to help load

We enjoy shopping in Bastrop. It is near Elgin where I live and the employees are prompt, efficient and cordial.

This store is always clean. The aisles are wide and not crowded. The products and supplies are very well organized and marked by aisles. Always someone to help you if you ask. Cashiers very helpful too.

1. Found products we were looking for 2. Did not need assistance. 3. The store is disorganized and dirty. Lack of management. 4. Too many associates walking/standing around doing nothing. 5. 90% were not wearing Corona Virus masks. The virus is still lethal. 6. We have been going to this store since it opened and in the last year it has really gone down hill. Lack of management. Needs to close and be renovated.

The store was well stocked and clean. The garden center was clean and organized. There were clerks everywhere to help us.

I love the courtesy that every single employee demonstrates. There has never been a single time when I ask for help that a smiling and knowledgeable employee does not come up and answer all of my questions...and give suggestions, too!! There is always a "THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE SIR" when I ask for my military discount

This store has always been too small since the day it opened. Other than that, it is better to have this then to have to drive to Austin. The employees generally are helpful, and lately they seemed to be better staffed, as in having enough people, than they have in the past.
