I am a contractor and this is my favorite store and I go to it as often as I can. They often have a better selection of items than some of the bigger stores and my favorite cashier Leonardo is there. Leo is fast, efficient, knowledgable, AND friendly. He always makes my day.

Everytime I go into this store, it is clean and the associates are available. The store manager is exceptional.

I was asked immediately while coming through the door if I needed help finding anything. The cashier, Angelina, was very pleasant and helpful.

I was in need of help for a project for my office space at work. I needed to install a client refreshment center. Cheryl in kitchens was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and walked me though all of my options and helped me get my project off the ground!

Associate came right away and answered my questions and instantly located product I was looking for.

I love this store, especially the employees.......

Steve and Nabil are absolutely fantastic!!!! They are always so helpful in finding what we need and pointing us in the right direction when we face a project that we are not sure of. Their knowledge of products and projects is only surpassed by the amount they care about the customers. I recommend the Bear Valley Home Depot for first time home buyers and people that are looking for always friendly and helpful staff! THANKS EVERYONE!

Having already visited the store for my paint needs repeatedly because we didn't know how much paint was needed to actually complete our job, or how many slats, etc., all the return trips were easy and the clerks that helped us were courteous and fulfilled our needs. Thanks Bear Valley Home Depot!

Wanted people to know that my experience at the Bear Valley Home Depot was very good. I was needing a bunch of help and advise. I got both quickly. The manager, Nabil, deserves kudos and so does his staff, (paint and lumber specifically). Thank you.

We have shopped at this location a few times before and every time we have needed assistance, Disney was the one who helped us. We love working with him because he is friendly and very knowledgeable.

The policy of requiring a person with a military discount to be present under all circumstances is poor customer service. My Mom is 92 and uses a walker and to have to bring her in to show her ID is ridiculous.

Shopping at Home Depot is usually a positive experience. I can always find an Associate when I need one. The store is clean and usually has what I'm looking for. I would like to see more experts in various trades. Many times I have questions about a project I'm working on.

Paint associate was exceptionally helpful, as several different products were required. Outdoor spray paint, Redwood Stain and Indoor Paint & the paraphernalia that goes with these products. She was friendly and made the experience very pleasant. Love this store, I've rarely had to search for an associate to help; someone's always available. And if this store doesn't have the a specific product in stock, the associate always goes the extra mile searching other nearby stores. At checkout, cashiers are always accurate & pleasant.

IT WAS HARD TO FIND SOME THINGS, BUT THERE WAS A FRIENDLY ASSOCIATE TO THE RESCUE.. THIS STORE HAS THE FRIENDLIEST ASSOCIATES, THEY ARE LIKE OLD FRIENDS. THEY COULD MARK THE AISLES BETTER, ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE MULTIPLE ITEMS IN THE AISLE. THE PRICES ARE GOOD AND THEY HAVE A LOT OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM.

I always come home inspired to do projects. I am always finding things I didn't realized that I needed.

Maybe this store feels it has undesirable customers and that they are tougher on returns than every other store. I buy frequently at many Home Depots but will direct my employees to avoid this one.

Lighting department it would be nice to have more replacement parts available

Is a great store everything is organized and all the staff have a great costumer services.

Lately I have the pleasure of visiting this store daily and from the first visit to the last I have been impressed with the overall management of the store and the people who are there to assist you. The only bad experience I had was during a self check-out when I was making multiple transactions and set the first bag down on the floor and then needed assistance with the second, when the check out person who had been visiting with another store employee asked me to prove that I had paid for the first transaction; which she could have observed if she had not been visiting and instead was attentive to her duties. I was offended.
