This store has very helpful folks in all the departments which is something I always look for at a store. I know how important it is for good customer service. I highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot Store.

Yes when I entered the Bear Valley store here at this address I felt like it is very clean it looks like it might be a smaller store but went inside it still felt very large to me everything was very clean especially the Isles and when I went down to find a Perry scaffold there was several in stock not like the other store that I have been to not that the stores were bad but I still enjoyed going down that aisle and seeing many Perry scaffold the store is awesome thank you very much I really enjoy the Young Folks there and all the other Home Depots Thank You Home Depot my experiences at Home Depot have seem to be grand on a grand scale I will always love these doors and I am going to put an application in and work at night for a second job which would be great please have a great day and mad love for Home Depot. This is a great store with deep inventory selection and friendly staff.

Home Depot in Bear Valley always has friendly, helpful associates who demonstrate themselves to be professionals. Over the years I've purchased so many products I'm not sure which ones to speak about. I've never had a problem with a specific product in all these years. If I need to return a product it's done with the same friendliness as any other transaction. The cashiers are all very polite and friendly as well as the associates.Products are in plentiful supply and associates are very helpful in finding what I need. There are plenty of associates when I need them to explain products.I have no problem finding assistance.Store cleanliness it tops. Even the restrooms are clean and well supplied.

Several employees at this location are extremely rude and argumentative and act like they do not want to be bothered. Several of them need a course on how to provide good customer service. Very dissapointed!

Most helpful employees I’ve run across at any Home Depot - actually, anywhere. Amber was outstanding, and Murray was extremely helpful and careful maneuvering a large item into my car.

I love this store. The staff always manages to make me feel like they are my personal neighbors with the best intent in mind for me and my projects.

I become annoyed when the forklift operator closes down aisles and has his conversations with his co-workers and won't open the aisle or respond to my request to retrieve what I need.

Staff here are friendly, down to earth, genuinely helpful (I always come with questions!)

The store was hot when I visited, however, an employee by the name of Tammy Vega did an awesome job assisting me with purchasing 22 blinds for my new home. If you need flooring or blinds see Tammy she provides great customer service!

The employees in the painting department are always friendly and helpful. The Littleton paint department on S. Wadsworth always seem like they hate their job and aren't helpful so I'd rather drive to Bear Valleys Home Depot.

Great Store! Great location and very helpful people!

I love this store. I don't know much about home improvement but have found myself needing to learn recently. I was intimidated to go get a few things I needed, but after my first visit here I left feeling impowered and relieved. Every employee was friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel like I was asking stupid questions. I left there feeling great and knowing I will be back for more to do other projects I know I can now handle.

The representative gave me inaccurate information regarding the 72-hour carpet installation and the store leadership refused to honor what I was told or to make it right. They passed their mistake onto me and made it my problem, which meant I had to reschedule other contractors and an out-of-town trip. It was a HORRIBLE experience and will not shop at the Bear Valley store again since they provided such bad customer service and their leadership clearly does not care.

Be prepared to get the third-degree if you try and make an even exchange, even if you have POP. This location's written return policy is the complete opposite of how they handle returns at store level. The return clerk had great customer service skills, however, the manager-on-duty needs serious retraining on dealing with situations such as this. You will be better off contacting the manufacturer of a defective product for a resolution than hope that HD backs what it is selling to their customers.

Customer service is poor. Buyer beware.

Home Depot Store #1520 is my neighborhood store. I don't have far to go for my gardening needs, pest control, plants, and many other items the store has available. I have never had a bad experience at this store. The sales associates are helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond their scope of duties. I appreciate their knowledge and gentle way of explaining things to me.
