This opener was purchased for my son for Christmas so it will be installed after Christmas.

Purchased five online. Two of the five was excellent. Three delivered came dented. I will have to invest my time in finding three more.

John helped me custom order a vanity. Great experience. The cashier also was super friendly and helpful. I’ll be back.

I purchased a propane fire pit for my daughter online the process was simplistic and they honored my military discount. I’d shop there again. It’s always been a good outlet to shop at.

service. simple word. basic meaning. yet today it seems difficult to find it. but my experience at this hd was different. as i made my rounds thru the store i was asked several times if i needed help. service. simple word. simple task.

4or 5 people Standing around cash registers. I still have to self check out. That's why I almost quit altogether going to home depot.

Nobody around to help. Horrible customer service and poor selection of products.

I wanted a piece of pre-cut 1/2" 2'x4' particle board. The price stickers on the shelves was $5.10, but there wasn't a sticker on the board. I was told at check-out that they use a system of paint stripes on the edges of the board. The problem was that when the clerk looked up the price it showed $12+. The clerk couldn't change the price, so I chose not to buy it. I was only buying two items ... a $200 ladder and the particle board. Had I been buying many items, I likely would have not noticed the change in price.

Staff was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

I needed a new string trimmer and a whole lot of mulch. Heather helped me with the string trimmer and the guys out on the mulch loading line got my 100 bags of mulch loaded into my trailer evenly dispersed to to make driving back hole safe.

I needed plywood for a project. I always check the 70% off bin and often I strike gold. Most recently I was aided by 2 wonderful employees who helped me get my wood, cut it and loaded it in my car. I really like home depot for all my go to building supplies. They are always great with having what I need and often will negotiate a price on slightly imperfect products. Employees seem happy at their jobs and are willing to help you find what you need plus give advice on repairs.

Every time I visit the Beavercreek location, someone always asks if I need any help. The staff always seems to be willing to help or find someone who can if it’s not in their area of expertise.

An excellent place to shop all your tools and more.

Staff made the purchase so easy. I am happy with my Home depot experience in Beavercreek.

We bought a wall oven and microwave. Charles was a great help.

Store #3855 is my store of choice for my company and my crew. We work all over Dayton and Cincinnati however we make this store our #1 based off of their pro desk staff. Vanessa, Cody, Brett & Mel are absolutely fantastic. We lose time and money to drive to this location over any other because of their customer service to my company. Have bought both a refrigerator and a range in the last 6 months and both were delivered within a week.

The over all experience I had was great because the store was neat and salespeople were visibly available should I have had any questions, which I did not at this time.

We ordered kitchen cabinets. They arrived within the time frame we were given. We were able to get them installed ourselves. The cabinets were packaged carefully within cardboard boxes and appropriately marked. We are very much enjoying our new cabinets. We especially like the pots and pans drawers and the soft-close feature.

I shop as a general contractor at multiple supply houses/stores. I have yet to find a cashier as friendly and knowledgeable as Shyla. She is always positive when I go in....quickly ringing out customers. Thank her for making my experience a positive one. BC

Went to purchase a hot water heater. Asked for help getting the 135 tank onto flatbed cart only to have a number of employees constantly walk past and offer no help. I had to bear hug the tank myself and risk injury (luckily ok). Once I got to cashier and checked out, a very friendly employee (Hunter) was very helpful in getting the tank in our vehicle. So overall, this experience was just Okay.

I rarely visit home depot but when I do, everything works out. Usually someone is greeting by the entrance, though anytime you see another associate most of the time they don't acknowledge you. Sometimes that is nice, but sometimes it would be nice to have the opportunity to ask for help when you are confused. The only issue I've really had with this store is that there was a miscommunication about price with the signs in an area. We spoke to the manager, Shawn, and he noticed the correct sign for our items was in the wrong location and he fixed it and honored the price for us that was directly next to our items. He seemed busy but we appreciated his help and left with what we needed. The other employee though was a bit passive aggressive and he pointed out the sign for our items that was correct but was out of the way and no one would associate that sign with the item, and he was unwilling to help. Honestly I understand his side of frustration, but he did not seem to care enough to help us, just to prove his point. Could be friendlier next time. All in all, nice clean store, good managers and nice checkout employees.

Money is tight since I just bought my first home so I can't sit here and type that I was excited about spending money, however the staff was very pleasant and bared with my novice questions on how to complete house repairs.

Charles in the appliance area was wonderful.
