The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two young men in the lumber dept. Hunter and Billy were very helpful.

Help is readily available with their personnel (do not have to go looking ALL over the place for assistance). Also "Kim" is awesome..

Sydney did a great job finding us the door we wanted, would highly recommend her and this store.

Kim at the Fairborn OH store is a true asset to the company. She works at the customer service desk, go figure a company that finally knows how to pick people who know how to provide professional customer service. I enjoy coming to this store and every interaction I have had with Kim.

Purchased a dryer and was delivered in less than 5 days

Sale Cashier Adam patiently assisted me with registering my veteran status. I salute Home Depot for supporting those who serve and have served. He also assisted with ringing up some purchases, the SKUs for which I was unfamiliar. His excellent service reflects a superb store training and leadership culture at store 3855!

If what I needed was not in the store, it was available on line. It was delivered to my door in 3 days!

I bought these tiles 2 months ago trying to match tiles I already had. They did not sufficiently match and Home Depot graciously accepted the return.

Charles in appliances was very knowledgeable and friendly. The other big box store couldn't get the stove we wanted until at least 4 months out and wanted all the money up front. We will get the same stove from Home Depot in about two weeks.

My wife and I went in to look at washers and were very pleased with the customer service of Charles in appliances. His knowledge and explanations of products and manufacturers most definitely contributed to our decision and choice of product purchase. He was professional, courteous and very friendly. I would recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a new washer to seek out Charles.

Great feature the employee couldn't have been better. He was very helpful The Weak feature was they asked for help to load the items and no one came to help. I had to walk back into the store to once again request help. That was unacceptable.

Beavercreek store always has products in stock and everyone is always very helpful whenever we have had questions. We also get the same great service at the Washington Court House location.

I walked into Home Depot today thinking I would find exactly what I needed and ended up needed PVC cut into a million different pieces. I thought that Mr GT would stick the pieces through a saw but he actually took the time to hand cut the pvc pipes with pvc cutters. I appreciate the time and effort that GT made to make each cut accurate and straight. As well as the effort to connect with his customers. He asked about my project and was genuinely human in a time and age where most people don’t seem to care.

I just met a wonderful clerk that is happy greeting her customers like me. She was so friendly, a people person.

I always shop at the Fairborn Home Depot . I have always had a great experience. The items, the customer service and the prices is very important to me. It has never disappoint me.

One thing I will always say about the Beavercreek store is that all associates have been very nice and willing to go the extra mile.

I bought this leaf blower 12-18 months ago. I am so impressed by the battery life. It sat in my garage all winter (OH) and it started right up yesterday. Really happy with the power from it as well.
