My washing machine was never delivered, but they said they did I wasted a hall day waiting their excuse was truck broke down, they put a picture of a drain as proof of delivery, taking my business some where else

This is a great location has plenty of products in stock. Good customer service patient and take their time to try to help you find the right thing you’re looking for very appreciative for having you visit the store which I like that a lot.

Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful.

I’ve been doing construction for 40 years. I’ve noticed that all Home Depot‘s all the employees get together in aisles and they socialize their loitering in the aisles. They’re not where they belong in their plumbing departments carpentry departments, electrical departments, plumbing departments. They’re always socializing and lots of them, don’t know what they’re talking about cause they’re not knowledgeable enough Even I was helping customers with questions only because the employees didn’t know this is my experience with Home Depot I prefer not to shop sometimes but I have no choice employers will see customers walking around and they don’t say can I help you with something? They just walked right past you That’s my experience at Home Depot.

Supervisor Samantha and her new employee and a seasoned employee Kay truly made my experience excellent. I had gone to 4 home depots looking for dog astro turf. Finally, Bedford park store had all the turf i needed.. The other stores had the turf but not enough. I needed 15 ×20. Those 3 employees were friendly and very helpful. I will be back.

I BOUGHT MANY PRODUCTS FROM HOME DEPOT THIS YEAR ALREADY , BUT THE BEDFORD PARK LOCATION IS MY FAVORITE . I SHOP WILL SHOP AT ANY HOME DEPOT IF NEED BE . BUT I LOVE THIS STORE BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION AND IM FAMAILIAR WITH THE INSIDE

High quality tool/lumber for all your need

I bought a back door and a screen door and they totally messed my order up. They ordered me the wrong size store had to wait another five weeks and I’m delivery date. They only gave the contractor the back door didn’t give him the screen door so I had to wait for another three days for my doors to be installed so in total, I waited about two months for my doors to be installed which is terrible service. Did not credit me the $35 that I paid for the contractor to come and measure my doors I was told if I bought the doors they would deduct that amount from my bill which they never did. It’s just plain terrible service at that Home Depot carelessness.

Employers are great you need help they will stop what they are doing & help you. All are very friendly.

I love this Home Depot, it’s always stocked, always clean, has pretty amazing clearance items, but my biggest complaint would have to be ….Where are the Hot Dogs? I stop over very often for cleaning supplies, household items, plants, paint, all that fun stuff. But there’s never any hot dogs available. Not apologizing for being a big back either! Bring someone in to sell hot dogs, not only to customers, but I’m sure the workers would appreciate it as well.

One of the worst Home Depot’s that I’ve ever been too. Disorganized shelves, unhappy employees who don’t want to be there & unprofessional atmosphere.

Short and sweet. The employee(female) working at the return desk here is very rude and clearly has no knowledge on customer service and Home Depot’s return policy.

Went into the store, looking for some products was meant by a wonderful employee named Colleen who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and had the correct items I needed

White, GE 16 Cu Ft Refrigerator accommodated my Kitchen space perfectly. It replaced my 16.5 Cu Ft Refrigerator. Inner design and appearance are A-OK. Delivery Men were very nice. Very pleased.

Went looking for a specific item and it was not on the shelf. Went to service desk and an employee immediately looked up the product, got a ladder and was able to get me the product I needed from the upper shelf. Nice employee and she made my day by helping me to get what I needed...

Usually has what we need... plenty of products to choose from

I’m always in big box supply stores, as I am a general contractor, the Bedford store by far has the best customer service of all the Home Depot’s that I visit.

Very respectful & super nice.

Avoid deliveries they use unqualified delivery agents. Product are most always damaged because they don’t care or just are the brightest of the bunch.

Went in to purchase a refrigerator and was looking to go in and buy and set up delivery asap. It took longer to get someone in that department than the time to pick pay and set up delivery.

Had a problem…called for Management assistance…they never showed up …cashier called twice …waited 20 minutes…ridiculous

Team Member "Logic" went above and beyond to help me out, and I appreciate that and like coming to this location for my project needs.
