Thank you very much! I will come and shop here again, in Bellevue Home Depot. I highly recommend these associates to you for your remodel questions.

I had purchased a new closet pole after mine had broken and unfortunately it had cracked in half only a month after buying it. I went to exchange it and didn't have my receipt. Fred was so wonderful and extremely helpful, he was able to do the exchange for me with no issue what so ever and turned what I thought was going to be a 30 minute process into 10 minutes tops. I am very happy with this experience and will definitely be returning in the future based upon and awesome service with FRED.

This store does not accept fluorescent tubes for recycling, but charges you a substantial fee as an 'Environmental Handling Charge' when you purchase them, almost $1 per bulb!

This store has been a bright spot during this pandemic! So grateful they have remained open. This has allowed us to complete many projects on our old farm house. I often check the inventory and location of items on the app so I can find what I need quickly. I am at this store several times a week and appreciate the friendly, helpful staff!

This store is clean and well organized. The general team feel is positive, friendly, and helpful. I especially appreciate Geoffrey who assisted me in locating the items I needed and gave recommendations as well as good instruction for installing the items. The items I needed were available in stock. I attempted to purchase these items about a week or so prior at another Home Depot and the experience was so poor that I ended up leaving without the items. The team at the other location was very uninterested in customers, the vibe was like customers are a pain and they were extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and not knowledgeable! So this location is the best! Highly recommended!

People are very friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable. I have shopped here for years, and have seen improvement. Most everything needed is in stock the same day. If not, it is simple to order and pick up in the front of the store.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot stores. it is usually more stocked than some of the smaller branches.

I usually had good shopping experience in the Bellevue Home Depot Store but definitely not this time. I am remodeling 2 bathrooms in my house, so I am had a quote with the store, which includes a bathtub and 35 packs of mortar, and a few other items. When I received the initial quote, the mortar was quoted at $38 each while the online bulk price is $31 and the normal price is $34. The reason the Pro Desk Sale gave me is that the store didn't have enough inventory and this is back-ordered from the vendor. This will make me pay about $250 for the mortar so I had to adjust the number of packs to meet the store's inventory and get the bulk price. Then in the final quote, the sale person left the bathtub out. I didn't realize it until the items are delivered. I had to made a separate purchase and paid about $60 more (the price difference and the separate delivery fee). This experience made me VERY UPSET. I think the Pro Desk sale needs to be MORE CAREFUL about their work and understand the customer's needs. 1. DO NOT quote me something more expensive than the price I can get from Home Depot website. I drive to the store not for a more expensive price. 2. BE CAREFUL about the customer's quote list, and DO NOT leave anything out. It's VERY UPSET for me to find out something is not in the order when it's delivered.

A good Home Depot This is a good HD location - I'm in here all the time. People are generally pleasant and helpful, and some of them actually have some expertise and good tips on things.

Friendly staff, easy to navigate guided sections, well in place guidelines for safety measures, clean store, great variety of plants and everything else.

Home Depot was the first store I noticed that actively regulated the number of customers entering and leaving the store. This was to ensure that customers were not over crowding and were adhering to the social distancing guidelines. They were on the forefront of stores taking steps to ensure customer safety.

Bellevue store staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Terrible. During this COVID crisis they decided to "upgrade" their POS devices and phone pay doesn't work anymore. Now everyone gets to touch the devices. Good job Home Depot

The sales people on the floor are helpful and seem to nearby most of the time. I would give a 5 star except the people in the plant section need to have a bit more knowledge. There are a lot of plants to know about. And, the checkout people are pleasant and efficient.

Employees were not in fact practicing "Social Distancing" today when it would have been simple and easy for them to do so.

This is my go to Home supplies store. Quite a number of excellent employees here: Hillary, James, Kathy, Wah, the woman in paint with the short hair and the guy in paint that lifts weights are all GO-TO resources capable of answering questions about almost anything.

Terrible store. We placed an in-store order on 04/15 with promised delivery by 04/23. I was expecting a quicker delivery, but an additional delay was understandable under the current circumstances. My order was not delivered on the promised date, neither was it delivered on the following three promised delivery dates. Despite multiple calls, I was never able to get in touch with the Manager on Duty and my calls usually got disconnected. Not returning to this store anytime soon.

I live in Redmond and got MUCH better service in the Bellevue Home Depot Door department than at Redmond. Debee in that department is amazing and so helpful. Excellent store
