The East Green Bay Home Depot is fully stocked with everything you need, plus the staff go out of their way to ask if assistance is needed, and offer any help as appropriate to your visit. No matter the size of the project, Home Depot can handle it!

Every time I go to this store, there is always someone there to immediately help me. Being a woman, I like that because I never know where anything is. And when the item is found for me, the salespeople is always VERY knowledgeable about the product. I like shopping here opposed to other stores like this. My last visit, I came in to buy a dishwasher and Regina helped me. She was very patient with me and helped me narrow down and Compare the dishwashers in the computer that I had picked out from my research. She answered my questions and made my purchase flawless.

As I mentioned in my write up, I was very happy with the customer service at the Green Bay location. There are not too many times the individual will walk you to the row and point out where the item is located. Most times I get: That item can be found in Aisle 2 half way down." I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes.

Gordie A. and the crew helped me immensely in looking for a new refrigerator for our home. Since this was a rush purchase and what we wanted wasn't readily available, Gordie pointed me to closeout models that were in the front fo the store and helped me measure to get the one that fits. He even wrapped it in protective wrap in order to get it home safely.

The store was very clean, the shelves were neatly stocked and the products were clearly marked . The aisles were also clearly marked so you find what you were looking for by looking at the aisle signs. The employees were friendly and very helpful and I got immediate attention when I asked for it.

The staff on Dec 20, 2018, from the guy I had questions for to the cashier to the delivery guys were awesome. I was in and out of the store with my jumbo tool box in 10 min.

My husband and I made 7 appliance purchases and worked with a design consultant to arrange for the ordering and purchase of granite kitchen countertops. The consultant was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the product lines, the process for ordering, and the Home Depot store policies as they applied to rebates, financing, product availability, etc. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion either in person, via email or phone. This communication was important to us due to the fact that we live one hour from the store. Through this process we have had to deal with other store employees who have been equally well prepared to assist us in a professional manner. I recommend the Green Bay #4915 Home Depot for your projects.
