I recently visited Home Depot to look at lawn mowers and had a fantastic experience. Cody was incredibly helpful — I hadn’t even planned on buying that day, but his guidance made all the difference. As a new homeowner and someone new to lawn care, I really appreciated his knowledge and patience. When I went out to the garden center, the team there was just as impressive, helping me load rocks without me even having to ask — it was great to see that level of customer service. I also opened a Home Depot credit card that day, and the woman who assisted me (Weiusa, I believe she oversees the program on the Pro side) was absolutely wonderful. I needed a bucket for a fitness activity and the store was able to help me source exactly what I needed. A 5 Gallon pail would have been too small but go figure, a recycling bin was perfect.

I wanted a new bathroom, i went to Home Depot, looked around, scanned the QR code for a bathroom quote, Re bath guy named Maurice the salesman came, he was an excellent salesman. The work started earlier than expected and the job was done in a day and a half. The crew was professional and veryn skilled. Everything came out excellent

I was able to purchase everything I needed online, had it shipped to the house I was working on out of state and was able to return products whenever I needed with my digital receipt that was sent via email. It couldn't get easier or more convenient than that. Just at The service desk is unbelievable. She really made all this possible..

Have been a shopper at this Home Depot since it open in Bellingham, MA and have always had a great experience.

I really like the entire staff here. They're attentive, kind, and friendly. Definitely my favorite store.

I was happy at the Bellingham store

Paint girl was very knowledgeable and friendly. Guy in bathroom vanities didnt have a clue. Waited a long time for help w forklift to get vanity from second shelf. He never drove it before and was banging into everything. Guy in faucets had no knowledge of any products. Customer service is always horrible in that store. Manager change would be best thing!

We bought the Lifeproof Vinyl Plank Flooring a few years back in the Chiffon Lace for our 1st floor and now purchased the Fresh Oak for our 2nd floor. Best Flooring and we love it. The young gentleman who helped us by the last name of Dutcher from Milford, MA was the best, we really enjoyed him along with his help and friendly conversation, there should definitely be more employees just like him!! Thank You!!

The washing machine is just what we needed.

I needed a grill so decided to go to Home Depo. As soon as I walked in an employee approached me and asked if I needed help with a thing. After looking a d questioning I decided on what I wanted and all my needs. The service was wonderful. I can't say enough. Next day went back to pick it up , same thing , the service was excellent. Thank you for making my purchase so easy for me.

Great people here! Store is only 5 miles from my house, so I normally shop here, but I love ALL locations. I work close to the Mansfield store, so that is my second favorite.

Purchased an expensive top-of-the-line BOSCH dishwasher. Did not realize that Home Depot does not have contracted installers available anymore. Was given a list of "local installers" to call instead as it appears that installation is entirely the customers responsibility now. The installer came late to the job, botched the install, notified us that HD did not sell us all of the parts we needed to complete the install, drilled holes thru the side of the new BOSCH dishwasher to affix it to the cabinet, installed the machine crooked, etc. Home Depot takes no responsibility for installation leaving the customer to fend entirely for themselves with incompetent installers that they supplied us with (a listing). Take your major appliance business elsewhere or you may end up with major issues with your new and expensive appliance.

I had so many questions, when I asked an Employee one, they were so happy & helpful. When they didn't have the answer, they would find someone else who did.

Every time I have been in this store, I have been aided by one of your employees when looking for something or have a question on a product. They seem to go out of their way to help. You should be very proud on how they represent your store.

Order pick up/delivery was messed up on 3 separate occasions. Once the order finally arrived I was missing one of the items I ordered. Reached out to Customer Service and no one responded to my complaint.

I love everything about Home Depot. The people that work there are fantastic, and so helpful. Over the last eight months I have built a large 2 bedroom addition onto my daughter’s house so that my husband and I can live there. We have purchased almost everything for this addition at Home Depot. I love the quality of the products, and dealing with the Pro Desk is such a plus. The guidance and help I have gotten from the Home Depot staff has been invaluable in this process.

The good thing is that, almost always, Home Depot has what I am looking for and it is not hard to find. Yesterday, when I could have used the assistance, I wasn't approached by an associate in a good ten minutes of searching in the same isle. In the time that I was in the plumbing aisle looking desperately for the part that I needed, I was approached by two different solar representatives in the span of oh 5 to 7 minutes. Each one trying their best to work me into submission. Neither would leave me alone at the first or second "I'm not interested", doing everything they could to sway me into providing my information for an in home consultation. Kind of annoying when you have a leak at home and need to find the part. Still no store help, I eventually found what I was looking for. I don't really have a problem with the store, its people, or the stock, but I would like to visit without being preyed upon for solar. Bring back the ad free experience!

Staff is knowledgeable. Returns are easy. Plenty of staff available. Been going here for years.

My husband and I are at HD at least 4 times per week. Service is excellent, any returns are always no hassle and the People are friendly and helpful. We feel fortunate to have HD So close by.

Two people didn’t know their A about doors. If you go best to have your own knowledge

Your products are crap can't get parts thats,useless

The one thing I have to critizise is the lack of carts and dollys available near the store. They are all out in the parking lot somewhere (not close) to the entrances. I had to settle for a beat up cart that wanted to drive to the left the whole time, not fun or practicle.

An employee named Jean went out of his way to help me and made my shopping experience so simple.

I went to the cash register and showed my ID and requested the veterans discount and also entered my phone number for whatever reason the transaction went through and I did not get my discount. I then asked the cashier to give me the discount and she said it was too late. The transaction already went through That I’d have to go to the service desk so I did and after waiting for 10 minutes, I was told by someone walking by that oh they don’t put anybody on the service desk on Sundays you’re out of luck, buddy and yes, that’s a quote.
