It's wonderful to be greeted at the entrance by a sincere person and a sincere greeting, as well as to see very happy employees who all go out of their way to assist in whatever I need. The store is clean, organized and has a great feel. The products I need are always in stock, the prices are great and checkout is fast and easy. Wonderful shopping experience always!

Items were on hand and plenty in stock.

Home Depot has some shady business practices. I was sent a $20. coupon for being a loyal Pro customer. When I went to use it my total went from $751. To $776. I was told that I lose my Pro pricing if I use the coupon. That in my opinion is poor business and unethical. I used a $20 coupon and ended up loosing out on $45. I tried calling and got put on hold and hung up on 3 times. Will shop elsewhere whenever I can. Big box store beating the little business guy out of a $20. coupon. Stay away!

In my opinion If I could rate this place zero stars I would. So disorganized, unhappy and unknowledgeable employees, lumber is some of the worst I’ve ever seen, the people at the contractor desk would rather talk than help. Customer service reps are rude; often won’t look up from there phone or stop their conversation to help the customer. I go out of my way to use other Home Depot stores because this one is so bad. Across the board this store is horrible. I’m sure it’s hard getting help but this is ridiculous. Of course this is all my opinion.

Got super good service at Bellingham Home Depot. I was picking up a trailer full of heavy 2 x 12 x 16 lumber and did not have a helper. Home depot employees helped me load, unload and made a difficult errand go smoothly.

Dissatisfied with Home Depot's policy. Home Depot would not allow the use of gift cards when using one of Home Depot's 10% off coupons. Gift cards are the same as cash therefore I don't understand Home Depot's policy

People there are always helpful polite and friendly

The employees are always helpful and happy to help. The store was clean. I found the product that I wanted to purchase with a helpful employee leading me to it. I was asked if I needed help by many employees. Very satisfied and the price was great to o.

I just had THE BEST shopping trip today! I needed cellular blinds for four windows. The woman who waited on me was AMAZING! She listened to my needs, helped me select the product. Her professional and kindness was exceptional!!!! Then upon checkout, the cashier who assisted me was also EXCEPTIONAL! She assisted me in getting a Home Depot credit card which gave me a $50.00 savings on the purchase today! She was polite and respectful and simply a very nice person. These women made my day!!!

Very busy during holiday season, dealing with Covid and all the customers, I believe they (staff) did very well with all . lets just hope we all can get thru this Covid stuff and get on with life and work. Happy New year and be safe, especially the employees (staff) that help all of us while shopping in the store.

This store has good management as I do not ever recall looking for an item and it not being in stock. Cannot say the same for others. Always someone available if needed.

This was a our go-to Home Depot even though there are closer stores to us. They hire the best people.

Like I indicated in the survey, store employees were very helpful. It is the company policies that I have a problem with. By the way 500 characters is not enough to explain my frustrations. In addition to the manner of delivery, I also asked what the time frame would be for our delivery which is to take place on Thursday August 13. I was told that it would be between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, a 14 hour time frame. This was in addition to the fact that they will not bring the material, which weighs about 500 lbs., into the house. Sorry, I was told, only curbside delivery due to COVID. However your installers can spend hours inside our house doing the installation. Makes sense? NO. As I indicated, my wife and I are 77 and 76 years of age so schlepping 500 lbs. of material inside is not a minor matter. I asked if they could deliver the material to the front door; sorry, no can do. Curbside delivery only. Your policies are the most customer unfriendly I have seen.
