I've not had recent large projects but still need minor maintenance or improvement items. This store typically has what I need and I'm always able to find an employee to answer questions. I did have an order pickup a few times in this store and the customer service employees are always ready to help. It's a great crew

Unbelievable customer service Samantha walked me right to the product even though she didn’t have much knowledge in that department she stopped what she was working on to help me with a big smile the cashier Tori gave me information on a catch why I was inquiring about even what type of cats like it what type of cats don’t all around above and beyond customer service I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for 12 Years and that was the best customer service all around ever experienced

I really like the way the store is laid out . every thing is fairly easy to find . The workers are terrific at this location ...very helpful .They even asked if they could check things for me.

Al in electrical, Brian & Scott in plumbing. They are extremely knowledgeable. While they are not a replacement for licensed professionals, they are my 1st line of defense running a rental property business. I always consult them 1st and they have helped me numerous times over the years and saved me thousands. Some people are just food employees and there is nothing wrong with that. These guys are both good employees and extremely knowledgeable. That is a value I feel retail stores don’t appreciate as much as they should. So I’m reviewing it here to let them know the importance of these people.

My cashier today was Anna. She was awesome! I filled out the survey and I didn't have an opportunity to include the excellent customer service and friendliness we received from Anna.We were there at 12:57 on Saturday, February 15th. She was at register 2. She deserves some serious recongnition for her customer service! I hope at her next review whe will be told how much she is appreciated by customers, and I hope you consider giving her a great raise! She deserves it!

I've been using the Bellingham store since they opened, the staff has always been professional during my encounters. I also like that the store is very active in our community with services and donations. Thank You Store # 2651

I have had just one bad experience (returning some out of production items without a receipt), but for the most part during the past 20 years this has been my GO TO home and garden center. During a weekday, after lunch is the best time to get help here as crowds are very thin and the staff is much more easy-going and free to assist. Everyone I've encountered here has been glad to help me find something and give advice or at least try to find someone who can. Best advice is go there when it's not busy if you can.

I had one of, if not the best experience with customer service at Home Depot in Bellingham. They went above and beyond to help me. They made me feel at ease even though my order turned out to be difficult due to some of my order only being available on line and the online people were no where near as helpful. After that they still tried to make it right. I was amazed at the extent that they went to to try and make it right. They were so friendly at actually fulfilled the adage that “ the customer is always right”

Excellent Store And Employees....

I was at self-checkout as it is usually the quickest way to get my stuff and get out, but there is often some issue, this time was no different; the assistant, though on the phone for business, saw I was having an issue, stopped what he was doing and handled my problem quickly.

I could not be more happy with the help I received from Steve Ventrella in the flooring department. I did not feel rushed and he was very patient with our questions and so helpful making desicions.

STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PERSONABLE. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU FIND WHAT YOU NEED AND GIVE GREAT ADVICE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT

What a mess! I was at the Lawn and Garden area during the week at about 1 PM and the whole area is such a disorganized mess I do not see how anyone looking for something specific would find what they were looking for. I asked two employees if they knew where two plants might be, Cone Flowers and Delphinium, and neither one knew what I was talking about (is that a bush?) Neither offered to find another employee that might know and they both sort of drifted away from me without helping.. Very frustrating.
