Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Makes all my visits that much more enjoyable. Whenever I have questions, someone is always around to help explain things to me.

No adverse issues to report during this visit. The concept of double faced tape and the 3M Pull Tab hanging strips being separated by 4 or 5 aisles a bit odd. Serve the same purpose to a degree, maybe double stock locations are required.

Thank you Doug for all your insights today, as I shopped for a new snowblower. You were very helpful.

Got most of what I needed. A bit disappointed that not all the items where fully stocked. Had to fall back to alternatives that were available and a bit more $$ due to the fact they were combo offerings instead of just the item I needed.

Home Depot staff seem far superior to their main competitor. Much easier to find someone to help me out and they seem to know their stuff.

Everyone is always helpful! Never have a problem when I shop at this store. It is clean, bright, well organized and the bathrooms are clean and fresh!

We have shopped here for years and have always left with what we needed. The products are organized well and there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff is always helpful when we have questions as well.

Every time I have gone to the Bellingham Home Depot I have had a great experience. The associates know trades and are very qualified to give great advice. I am fortunate that I have had such great experiences.

To Fellow Wood Pellet Users - Let me save you some time and aggravation. Home Depot has a new policy which is so anti-customer it's pathetic! If you go to the store to buy wood pellets by the ton/ pallet, you can not choose a specific brand. They will give you what they want to sell you. This applies to both store pick up and home delivery! Customer choice is not available at Home Depot. It starts with wood pellets, wonder what product will be next?

Hi Today I brought a snow rake , because of price , lower than Lowe's., by $ 3.00 . As for being helped I did not need any , I found the product myself ,

I needed to touch up a spot in a recently painted room. When I got the can of paint from its storage area I realized that someone had not closed it properly - the contents were completely dried up! Unfortunately, the label on the cover was not legible either, so there was no way to tell the proper mix. The Paint Department Associates were able to color match from a dried patch of paint that I had peeled off of the cover. I had my doubts, but they were able to get an exact match for me. They were super helpful and attended to me right away. The room looks as though nothing ever happened!

The products I needed were in stock and available when I went into the store.

Clean, well stocked, and always someone willing to help find what you need or make suggestions on how to complete a home repair project when needed. Bellingham, Massachusetts store will always be my go to home store. Great job !Fi

As always, the associates at HD were stellar! David in hardware in particular. I am relatively new to wood working and had many questions about two projects I am working on. David was incredibly knowledgeable!!! He helped me from a-z with everything I needed. It's associates like David that keep me coming back to HD time and time again! Thank you!

Most recent visit was typical. Tough to find things. Lots of associates doing nothing ( certainly not at the checkout counter because it's 99% self-checkout). Product and carts block product near the entrance to the warehouse area. Home Depot .com showed product not available in the store that I was lucky to spot on my own.

We would like to thank Debbie Morreale for her assistance in placing our order for trex decking and working with us to find all the items needed for the job even when some of them seemed not to be available on line. She was thorough and allowed us to recheck the order 3 times to assure we were satisfied that it was what we wanted. She also introduced us to the Home Depot Pro Program saving us money on this order and hopefully future products and services. She was excited to tell us about the program and reviewed several of the features of the program.

I wanted to write because Michelle really knew her business and was quite helpful in getting me the best value for the things that I needed. She's also great looking! She should get a raise and you should be looking for more workers like her.

The staff is always helpful. Thanks to Tanya for her assistance in helping find things and to Jeanne on the registers for being friendly and supportive. Alwaysd greets me with a smile.

The Bellingham store is great! Excellent location, easy access. Wide variety of choices. I've visited more than 5 Home Depot stores. Bellingham is the best!

Customer service was the worst I have ever seen. I wasted 40 minutes waiting to be helped between electrical and the pro desk.

Great store. Great experience. Very friendly and good attitude.

I was at the checkout counter with a cart full of fertilizer. An "off duty" sales associate came by and told me not to check out because there was a "special" being run on a particular fertilizer product. She took me directly to where these items were located and told me what the "deal" was. All told I saved over $50 because of her effort. She did not have to go the extra mile but she did and I really appreciated that.

I suffer from degenerative discs in my back and any time spent walking on concrete floors leaves me in considerable pain. It's just something I know will be the case whenever I shop. Therefore, I was so grateful that the greeter at the store today, Jeff, knew the exact locations of everything on my shopping list. This in turn cut down on the time I had to spend looking in unfamiliar aisles for my products, and for the first time I was not yet in pain by the time I left the store with my items. That made a great difference to my quality of life today!
