Very good customer service and great products available. Convenient at one stop.

I cannot thank Kenny (Halloween king) enough for helping and going above and beyond (even picking up damaged item!!), Kelly for making my returns make sense! Steve in shower dept, for getting the BIG BIG boxes!!! Lol. Sharmaine for kindness and friendliness, and a HUGE thank you to Angela (the Mgr that doesn't go home!!!!) She stayed in touch all day long, wonderful dedication. All in all, a great group of people that every home depot should have!!! Thank you guys! Happy Thanksgiving!

All the associates are friendly, helpful and professional. Cashiers and customer service are wonderful. Electrical department and plumbing are experienced and capable associates. Store is neat and well stocked.

I needed help this trip and askes at customer service. I was politely referred to Mike L. and he found just what I needed. Once again this is my favorite location to shop at.

Clean and well organized, friendly helpful staff, quite possibly one of the best Home Depot stores that I have been in.

Stock the shelves. Asked an associate about the item I wanted to purchase and all they could say is “it’s not here, order it online, don’t know when it will come in”

Shop here two to three times a week, the store is always well stocked, very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Getting harder and harder to find a Home Depot employee in store to help you find anything

It's not really a benefit for the customer but this store is unique in that it has a second floor. This is where all the appliances are and it is a benefit to the store owner in that nobody is pushing lumber carts around and denting the appliances as I have seen in virtually every other store I go to (I once counted that I went to 9 local stores when I was doing a really big project)

I’m in the store several times a week

II bought my stove and dishwasher and kitchen flooring and the delivery was on time and with great service that's why I ce back for living room flooring and bathroom vanity

Bellport is a great store. All associates are very friendly and help to find the items you need. Pat in electrical is always helpful when I need wire cut or have to grab an item that’s locked up.

The people are so knowledgeable about not only your problem but how to fix and make a better suggestion

Store is well organized. Location is ideal for tool rental and building supplies on way to Eastern along Island. Inventory online is in sync with actual store inventory

This store is my favorite home improvement store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Always good parking. A win-win for me.

I have been shopping in HD for decades and the lack of experienced people has dwindled to almost nothing. The days of walking in and getting help or advice about your home project are gone. You can not find trade people there anymore. The person working plumbing knows the items but nothing about a plumbing project, same with wood, machinery or even tools. You can barely find a person to talk to and when you do good luck getting anything more than you can find on a basic Google search. Then, they took the veterans discount away for the majority of the store. They say all but building materials but find non-building materials in a Home Depot! LOL. I will only shop here when I need to and there are no other options

Bellport store is clean and customer service is pretty good

I buy almost all of my hardware and materials at Bellport HD even though it’s further from home than my closest HD store in Riverhead. It’s always cleaner, well stocked, and organized. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Live closer to the Shirley location, however I prefer the Bellport Home Depot

Sales people here are always polite and helpful. Customer Service Dept. went out of their way to help me get a refund when I returned a defective product.

I have been coming to the Bellport store since I moved to Yaphank in 2016 and it's been the saving grace for all the home remodeling I've done. The staff is always helpful and willing to take the time to give me insight on products and guidance for my projects. Steve the manager is AWESOME and it's so great to have this store in my life.
