UPON ENTERING THE BELLPORT LOCATION, I WAS GREETED BY AN OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE, GERRY. HE DIRECTED ME TO THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED AND HELPED ME PLACE THEM IN MY BASKET. I'VE BEEN TO THE LOCATION PLENTY OF TIMES. ITS HARD TO FIND PERSONNEL TO HELP YOU AS THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH. I RETURN BECAUSE OF THEIR OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES WHO ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ARE WILLING TO HELP.

The store associate who helped me was courteous. We were waiting on another register line. He called us over and took care of our transactions very quickly. I will definitely continue to shop there.

The appliance center was very neat and clean and the associates were very helpful and no pressures which was nice explained the delivery process completely

Everything was great from employees to the manager. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

Charlene makes my shopping visits a lot more better. She is always welcoming with a smiling face.

I was so confused when a rep asked me if I needed assistance. He found my parts and showed me how to install all of them. Turns out he was the store manager, Kenny! Great guy, great service!!!!

Hands down this is the BEST Home Depot in the surrounding area. I have been to all 4 in a 7-mile radius near me. Whatever department I am in, Lumber, Paint, Lighting, Garden, Doors, etc.. I have been acknowledged by staff and asked if I needed assistance and if they didn't know...they found someone to help assist me. Fully stocked and not busy since they moved years ago from the RT. 112 location. Still the best Home Depot Store nearby. Hands down. "One Team" right there.

My wife and I were shopping for a floor for my sons new home. I purchased ceramic tile and oak flooring and received outstanding assistance from Adrian and Grace. Everyone at the store made the entire experience very positive. Very happy with the quality and service.

I had difficulty obtaining my veteran's discount and the employees helped me understand what I needed to do to make this process smoother in the future.

Sal in paints was just amazing. Totally went above and beyond to help me and my family. Ask for her help, she's worth it!

I was attempting to purchase a weed wacker but the item was locked with a chain lock. There were no associates in sight so I walked to the customer service desk and told the girl I needed a weed wacker unlocked and she told me to ask someone in the Garden department. I told her there was no one there and asked if she could call someone and she replied, “maybe”. After she called on the loudspeaker for someone and no one responded I walked around asking FOUR other associates (one of which was very rude and dismissed me) and no one had the key! Finally a garden department person responded but also didn’t have the key and got a ladder and got me the weed wacker I wanted from way up high.

John White was absolutely wonderful with answering all of my questions about deep freezers. Very knowledgeable. Offered to grab a cart for me, assisted me to the register with it, and asked if there was anything else he can help me with. Brigitte the cashier was also so pleasant and helpful! I will be shipping here again!

Staff is very helpful and store is more organized than others. Jim in windows is very knowledgeable and friendly.

William is always willing to help. I have been coming here frequently for the past year and William is always greeting us and helping us during checkout ! :)

Always have had nothing but excellent customer service from this location. The pro desk is very helpful and fast at fulfilling my orders.

Went to SELF CHECK OUT just to be overpowered by a store associate. I was very annoyed. Didn't need her help nor did I ask for it. Then she was pushing HD CC. If I didn't need my purchases I would have walked out. And because of this associate I give this HD 1 star

I needed certain items that weren't easily accessed by me so they were able to get them for me without hesitation.

Associates Dawn and Jessie were extremely helpful and displayed their knowledge of products creating a positive shopping experience.

John white and Loleta were FANTASTIC!! John was so informative and kind. Very refreshing in 2022 for an in store shopping experience

I asked for help from employee in the hardware department. I was told by that employee to find the product myself.
