Despite being told not to write about customer service in the writing guidelines, that's exactly why I'm writing. I was so impressed with the professional manner in which my visit was handled, I thought I should express my gratitude and let others know that Mohammad treated us with very good care, and for that reason, I highly recommend going to this store. Our closest store was closed, and I'm grateful this one was open until 10 because I was able to get exactly what I needed to complete a project for the next day.

Sale cashier Dalaja was very rude and on a personal call during checkout. Asking her to help or get more bags to complete the bagging of my purchased items, she became argumentative. A disappointing experience. Everyone else in the store was very nice and always asked if I needed help.

I love shopping for flowers . Lightning, plumbing products , painting, gardening, pesticides. and much more Great place to get everything I need for my projects .

The outdoor electrical outlet timer I purchased seems sufficient for the purpose for which it was bought. The courtesy and professionalism of the store staff, however, is not sufficient. Hence, the 3 star rating.

The employees were all very helpful and friendly. A+ for the employees. However, I couldn't find one of the items I was looking for which was disappointing.

His name is Peter . Professional and friendly . More importantly he knows most of details of product and when he compared the product , he used customer center ‘s view to introduce . have to improve all the services. The service desk Cashier name Leighann and the worker name Tita at the plumbing they provide poor services, yelling to the customer! especially Tita he yell to his co-worker too. He said nobody can fire him even report on him.

I came to this store to buy Blinds for my home windows, prior of Measurement service I had with this H. Depot's contractor. At first I could find a right person to help me, but I asked to a very nice young associate from Floor Department (could not get his name), he started this process in the Windows Depart, but as he did not know how to proceed, he found me a right person, her name "Anita" she is so nice, so professional, very serious in her work, so focus, she did all with no mistake. Thanks!!

this store is located near my home and it have almost merchandises that I need and the employees is very helpful .

Need more security , some one judged me before asking for the proof of payment ,the gentleman stopped me in front all customer , with nosno protocol making me feel embarrassed for such incident,

The greeter was very friendly and helpful. He even helped me take my return product to customer service. The store is always clean. Even though it's a busy store, I am usually helped right away. I usually have a wonderful overall experience and have been shopping here for years. However, today I was told by customer service that I could not do an exchange unless it was the exact same item. This statement is inconsistent with the website, which encourages choosing another item. I'm very upset.

Customer service here is excellent. Store is well stocked, neatly arranged for ease of getting what you want. I come here for everything I need for my home and work.

Mr. Rodney is a very great employee he goes above and beyond for his customers.
