It’s nice and clean with good stock and nice employees.

The service desk is always working very hard and it's very efficient. Usually, the customer service is busy but the employees are always hard at work and doing their best to meet everyone's needs. They always help me accurately and efficiently and always have a very friendly attitude. The store is always organized and I'm able to find everything I need with ease. Store is clean and associates are friendly and helpful.

The parking lot is way too dark!!!!! I do not feel comfortable in this parking lot at night. All the illegals waiting for work, are also a very undesirable feature that is constantly there. The last time I went in, a seriously mentally ill woman assaulted me with words and tried to spit on me. I could hear her yelling over 100 yards away while I used the bathroom in the back of the store. A lot of the employees have a bad attitude-look on their faces and often most of them don't know where anything is. This store could use a lot of improvements and I hope they make them soon.

This store has gone thru some GREAT CHANGES ... seems the employees that were there 6 months ago that would ignore you are all gone .. THE NEW employees are great. they go out of their way to ask if you need help, and help you. I have been in the plumbing dept, the garden center, lighting, and lumber. Each time the employees have gone out of their way to help me ... I love the change and will be always going to this store from now on.

BE AWARE! Hangtags prices are not correct, make sure you check the prices at the register instead of walking away with a $15 loss like me.....

GREAT STORE

Placed order on line for store pick up. Either the store picked the wrong item, or the description on the website was incorrect. Waited in line longer than if I had just grabbed the (correct) item off the shelf myself.

I requested information from an employee and was actually led to the items that I was shopping for which made my experience and time used quick and efficient. Excellent customer service-thank you.

The store was very neat.

Went in at 6:15AM to buy items I needed thats to the recent horrible weather. sales personnell were VERY helpful & even helped me carry everything in the store & to my car.

This store is very close my house and they are doing their best of keeping neat.

It keeps Improving in items and arrangement, and management. Just sometimes the price of some items change too quick. I've no comment if tune down the price.

I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Alief home depot has many friendly associates whom are easy to find whenever I need help. They know what I'm looking for most of the time and if they don't they'll try to give me an accurate answer. The store is clean and I just love shopping at this location. The Pro desk associates are very friendly. They gave me knowledge about the different type of credit cards and how to expand my business. I Love It Here!

The people there are always friendly in the departments and to top off my visit i love the attitudes of the ladies ex especially the lady with the curly black and gray hair in charge of the front i think her name is Lena always smiling that makes my visit even more special
