Originally went to the store after finding the AC unit I wanted through homedepot.com; however, on arrival discovered they were out-of-stock. I purchased another one but had to return it because it was not cooling well enough for the room. Everyone at the store was incredibly helpful and followed up to ensure I could find what I needed. They took my original purchase back, no problem, and found a better unit for me, and even helped me to the car. Unusual and delightful experience.

The store was clean and employees were plenty to help.

We got our paints well-concocted, nice people and good service, worth a five-star. Things are great with only exception that, after locating so many round-disc saws, I was unable to find a existing "table" or "plank" for installing a table saw for cutting my flooring, so I had to do a little more DIY for such a platform first. But, it's inevitable and still OK.

ApplePay does not work. The registers are using older terminals. Does not accept credit card tap either.

I was bombarded with work beggars when pulling into the parking lot. The parking lot looked like a horrible Walmart lot in the middle of the night with people sleeping/lounging in their vehicles. The lot was nasty and crowed with vagrants. There was even a Mexican food truck in the front of the store with a long line if that's an indication of how many. I would never let my wife or children visit this store even in the middle of the day.

The store was cluttered with stock pretty much everywhere in the isles and if that wasn't enough they were still moving stock with forklifts pretty much in every department. I would recommend purchasing online and picking up. Also! be absoluitely sure that the product is in the store online before going because something you would think should always be there I could not find and there was no one in the garden department to assist. By then I just wanted to leave.

I didnot find tool in this store, there is return and bad packing tool that I am asking for discount,but associate said no.

Brian in the garden section is wonderful! He has most of the answers on any garden question you may have . Maria in the appliance section is the person to see if you need any appliances. She is friendly and knowledgeable and will help make this large purchase less painful if she possibly can at all.

THE STORE LOOKING CLEAN AND THE PRODUCTS WERE ALL WELL STALKED, ITEMS WERE EASY TO LOCATE AND THE PRICE IS GOOD.

I don't usually go to this store, mostly because of lack of associate help in the distant past. I was there twice int he last month and the associates were all very helpful with postiive attitudes and I'll make a point to go there rather than the other stores I've been visiting.

Store is well maintained. The self check-out clerk seems very lazy.

The associates are always preoccupied and in a hurry. Don't give much attention to people wondering around in circles.

Associate knowledgeable and helpful, store clean. The only issue I experienced was that the cahier that attended to me was not helpful and cheerful.

The associates that assisted us in locating the items that we wanted were beyond friendly and insured that we were totally satisfied in what we came for. The young lady that assisted us in checking out through self check out was up beat and beyond helpful.

It was good shopping at this branch store of home depot. The associates were friendly and polite.

this is the closest hardware store for me and I look for hardware and mulch.
