It was what you expected. If you needed help you'd have to find someone to help you. Possibly going to a separate isleisle from the isle you need help from to find someone.

Good News: A LOT of varying choices of plumbing items to choose from Not So Good News: Had to figure out which items would be best for my needs!

I have mobility problems, Guess I will avail myself or one of those motorized carts next time. I am frequently misdirected to to wrong part of the store seeking the goods I want, and have mobility problems. Prefer the older employees that have been there awhile and know the layout of the store better than I do.

While this store is very organized clean well stocked & usually has very knowledgeable helpful employees, the store never offers the 5% discount!

do not recommend to visit this store during late hrs not help is available and and not mgr is able to the could make auth decision and poor customer services.

The store associates were very helpful. I was led to the correct aisle where the associate very kindly explained that there were two different filters that were available. One was made of aluminium and the other was made of charcoal.

Broke the kitchen faucet on a Saturday evening. Went to Home Depot where they had a great assortment of new faucets. A very friendly associate helped us. He knew his business and pointed out pro's and con's of the various types of faucets. His help really assisted us in getting what we needed and in a short time.

I like that it is open at 6am. I am glad because I can go before work

the management is great and so is many experienced associates specially the assistant manager Jalal as he took his time to get my concerns taking care of in a speedy way and he was more helpful than otherst.

Paint should be double bagged. I purchased a quart of glidden eggshell white. It was placed in a flimsy plastic bag with other items-- nails, etc. When taking bag out of car, the bag broke, the can smashed down on my carport and busted open, and half the paint was lost. My wife returned the paint for replacement, no problem, but the damage was done. Also, as previously stated, one associate sent me to the wrong aisle for 'zip ties'.

THE MANAGERS ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT CAUSE ALL EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY, HELPFULL,AND KIND NEVER A SOUR FACE IN ALL THE YEARS IVE SHOPPED HERE!
