Absolutely terrible. I needed something in a section they had closed off and they told me to walk around it. I went up front for someone to get it and they said i could walk somewhere else and ask somewhere else. When I told them i didn't need to do that because i attempted to shop unsuccessfully and went to her for help, she called a manager. manager got me the product quickly, but then when i went to check out the employee had no idea how to unlock the protective case so she went and helped other customers. I finnally told her i would unlock it bc i know how from 20 years in retail so i could leave the store. Absolutely terrible experience

Fully stocked. Associates were hard to come by via calling in and in store for the carpet section. That was a hassle. Online was quick and easy. Somethings are better in person however.

I have spent a fortune at this store over the last 15 years and I am usually satisfied. Today I returned to the store to buy more of a recently purchased product. I recalled it located near the end of an aisle. I started at a lower numbered aisle and worked my way up to the higher numbered aisles. At aisle 16 a young employee asked if I needed help. I showed him 3 photos on my phone of the two similar products and their tag information. He asked if I had looked on 15 and as we headed in that direction, he asked another woman if she needed help. I said "have you given up on me already"? He stated if I had looked on 15, then the store did not have the product anymore. I then saw the rack 4 aisles down, but he was not interested.

Great staff, selection and pricing.

I have had especially good experiences in the garden section. The employees know their merchandise and give good suggestions if asked. Even towards the end of the season, they can suggest good alternatives. Their friendly service is appreciated.

The employees at this store will NEVER ask you if you need help finding anything. You Could be walking around obviously looking for something, and employees will just walk right by you no matter how many you encounter. I was in an aisle one time looking for something and there were literally three employees standing there having a little chat, totally ignored me I had to go up to them and “interrupt” their conversation!!

The attendants helped me save time and money by answering questions I had and directing me to what I needed not necessarily the most expensive. I appreciate that immensely. The cashier was quick and friendly. Great experience all around!

I shop this store quite often. I also shop the Easton and Whitehall stores. The staff here are willing to assist. If they can not answer a question, they will locate someone that has the answer.

Bought wall to wall carpeting today. Bob was extremely helpful as was the install coordinator on the speaker phone. We discussed some ideas that I offered in the actual carpet install and they were both receptive to my "amateur " ideas , which was much appreciated. Thanks guys. You made the purchase and planning easy.

This store has a few employees that are really there to help, it's 30 minutes away for me but I'll make it my home store because they're that good.

Great location of a great store! Associate helped me find the flooring I wanted and even helped me put 8 boxes in the cart. Store was clean and well stocked with SO much selection. Thank you for helping me keep my home in good repair.

Excellent customer service. I could not find an item I was looking for and Chris in electric went out of his way to help me. We encountered several employees in various departments and each one was more than willing to help. Friendly and pleasant experience.

This store is a hit or miss. I have encounter two helpful and nice employees everyone else I dealt with seem to be rude or don’t know anything. They had the price on a item but charge me more when I bought it to their attention they acted like I was lying and trying to steal. When I showed them the shelves sticker they did not apologize they just said we will have to tear that out. This is not the first time this has happened. I also bought molding that comes in a pack 14 ft standard one was bent so they said this is bigger then 14 and went to measure it this is a contractor pack why would you separate it and measure ? Simple to see I didn’t pack it comes like that and simple to see one is bent so of course the other looks an inch taller so you treat me like I am trying to steal an inch from your contractor pack wow. Yes customer service is poor attitude is poor politeness is non existing at this store. Knowledge well some have none I asked three young guys where are the mirror closet sliding doors and was told they don’t sell that. I said yes you do I purchased it before they said no they don’t make mirror sliding doors. One took his time looked it up and said oh yeah you have to order it on line we have none in store... ok but at the end of the aisle we were asking I walk down and guess what I find mirror sliding closet doors wow guess they don’t want to sell them to me. So I told them hey here they are you have them I got nothing not oh I’m sorry oh thank you nothing they looked at me like I was nuts. Then I go to get some closet shelving very heavy boxes mine you I am 60 years old female and handy cap same three guys see me struggling to get it in the cart walk by me looked at me kept going did not ask would you like some help nope just left me to it. Either Home Depot doesn’t care and doesn’t train employees to care and also shame that the employees don’t care they should have some sort of people skills just saying we all are taught from young to be polite and have empathy for others well at least most of the people I know had parents who made sure we knew how to treat another human. Again I’m 60 maybe now in days no one cares seems that’s what’s wrong with this world and the new generation no one wants to work, be polite help anyone unless there’s something in it for them.

The store is always clean, the associates helpful and friendly. I always get assistance if needed. I have never not found what I needed, and it was always easy to find , or I got assistance when needed. Checkout is normally quick. I recommend this store.

After a frustrating mix up with how and who was supposed to remove our wall oven and replace with a new one, all was handled above and beyond by Management. Mix communications happen. How it is handled and corrected is important. This Bethlehem store team went above and beyond.
