I was searching for an item that I wanted to purchase and could not find it on my own. I asked Julie and she directed me to the exact location where the item was located. In the garden section just to the left of the store entranceway. And there it was just as Julie had said it would be. Now that is a gal who knows the store. What a way to help customers. rj

I love going to the Bethlehem home depot because the employees are always friendly, the store is clean, they usually keep stock pretty full, and they have pretty good deals sometimes. We have been coming here daily for years and will continue to buy all of our materials here. Good people.

This store has very helpful staff and is a pleasure to shop at.

I received poor customer service in plumbing this morning where I waited for assistance for about 20 minutes and help never came. I ended up guessing what I needed and checked out.

Every employee I've asked for help or assistance has been great. If they don't have product in stock they will check other stores personally for item.

The store is clean and well organized. It is easy to find the item you are looking for without even getting help from the associates.

Customer service is on point. If I need help, there is always someone there willing to help. We purchased our hardwood floors from The Home Depot. Our customer service representative in the flooring department was awesome. We never felt rushed and they answered all of our questions and concerns.
