I had a great experience dealing with the Home Depot sales associate, and she was able to look up my request and gave me the best competitive price in my area...

We tried to return an item we paid cash for without a receipt. This is not an option at Home Depot. That's fine. The manager went on to insinuate we would try to return it to other retailed and essentially warned us not to. We aren't those people. Assuming we are and questioning our integrity was extremely off putting and made us both uncomfortable.

I came through the lane and garden section today as I needed some pavers and mulch. I also purchased a few garden vegetable plants. The older lady who ran the checkout was extremely friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.

HAD A SPECIFIC PRODUCT FOR WHICH I WAS LOOOKING AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

Bought new electric RYOBI brushless 22” lawn mower, weed whacker, power wash machine. Very happy with these items and thanks to the knowledgeable and great store clerk.

After a very unpleasant experience at Lowe’s in Sanford, ME, I went to Homedepot in Biddeford, ME. The employees were very helpful, not the kind of customer service you typically get, and even though it was late in the evening and close to closing, they took the time to help me get exactly what I needed and was looking for. Unfortunately it was not something they had in the store and I had to order it because it was considered a specialty item, but I was told it would only take a few days for the product to come in and it would be delivered right to my house, at no additional charge, and was even given a delivery date, at the time of purchase. The staff was very helpful and I would recommended going to Homedepot in Biddeford to anyone.

We traveled far beyond our local Home Depot locations to Biddeford to get a particular brand of wooden fence that was only in stock there. It was so worth the trip! Every employee was helpful and warm, and one employee (Phil at the Pro Desk) absolutely went out of his way to help us pick quality fence panels for delivery. We'd travel back to Biddeford after this experience!

Had a problem with a receipt for a tool that I purchased lost the one I had and needed it for tool registration. She took the time to look it up and print me another one. Thank you

Purchased 2 GFCI fixtures and returned one with Justine no questions asked and instead of using the self checkout, I went to Darlene and left smiling

Always find everything I need at this store. If I can’t, there’s always a helpful person to ask. I make frequent trips here to gather everything from lawn equipment to household items. I find their collection of plants, shrubs, and flowers really good quality. I always know I can count on them laying a long time.

Needed to get in and get out on way to work and also needed advice on a power tool purchase. The employee working in that area listened carefully to what I wanted to do and recommended what he felt was the proper option at a medium price level rather than upsell to a contractor grsad4 tool. He even offered to demonstrate how to operate the tool if I needed. I was in and out in perfect time even though contractors were htere loading up for their day as well.

Phil, the store manager leads by example (assisted me in the lighting department) and is fortunate to have some exceptional staff including Phil and Janine in flooring and Karin in the painting department. So many others assisted during my reno project, but these has stood out and assisted me on numerous occasions.

I am disabled and workers were very solicitous and helped me to find everything and loaded it all into my car for me.

Purchased a DeWatt Trimmer based on a neighbors recommendation. Very Please with it.

I went in to Home Depot on Saturday evening to purchase a sheet of bead paneling. Tyler in the lumber department cut it for me and offered assistance in determing what moulding I could use. Thank you Tyler for that amazing customer service.

This product did not work for me, wast of my money.

Ivan at the Pro Desk went above and beyond his duties. Not once, not twice, but 3x's I was fortunate...no, sorry, 4x's, I was able to cross paths with him and get advice on building a deck. The last time he was suffering immensely from allergies, but still was able to print an updated Materials List for me. He deserves a raise! Next time I see him I will ask if anyone in Management talked to him. Much thanks for the great Customer Service!

Second time I've purchased a split system heat pump on line, second time it's arrived damaged and needed to be returned to store. This is the third time I've ordered the same unit and the price keeps going up. Why can't you replace it for the price of the original order. The counter person was nice enough to give me $40 off for the inconvenience, but the end price was only $20 less since the price went up from the last time I ordered, again. I'm seriously thinking about cancelling this order and going somewhere else!

I went to HomeDepot in Biddeford to gather gardening and home repair supplies. The store was short-staffed but you would never know it from the friendly, accommodating, and hustling staff on the floor, at the checkout, and in the parking lot. Way to go!

Team met me at the door, found the item i was looking for, got it down from shelf (in a department that had NOTHING to do with it) and into my cart, in short order. Best shopping trip ever.

We purchased granite counters. Heather was an expert and very knowledgeable of the products. Answered all our questions. By far, the best experienced person we've talked to about counters.

Very helpful employees. I always find what I'm looking for and more.will definitely keep shopping there.
