The service at this store is amazing. From the front door to check out. I felt so valued as a customer and person. The staff is so knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I just happened to stop in because I was in the area. I live about 30 minutes away and from now on this will be my store. I found everything I was looking for and the store was clean. This is an exemplary Home Depot!

I love my Home Depot store I am a very frequent shopper and know a lot of the associates there. They recognize and always ask if I need assistance. They ask about the projects I’m working on. I find the store clean and the associates very friendly.

Had great assistance looking for what I needed great customer service from Tommy he was very helpful went beyond to assist me with my ladder. Got it approved by a manager and a smooth and fast visit. He even assisted me to cashier Yvette she was just as friendly with great customer service. Awesome staff made my shopping very easy. Both very knowledgeable of their work.

Everyone is always very helpful. I actually visited 4 times this past weekend

The store was well stocked with parts that I needed, I was asked if I needed any help in the electrical department and found someone to help in plumbing. I accidentally found some great stocking stuffers while walking around so plan to go back and look again. Neat stuff.

In the past few months the service (i.e., when you need advice from a dept. person) has become almost non-existent.

Where do I begin but tell you guys how phenomenal the store is the employees that work here are always so fresh and so friendly and so happy to greet us customers as we come in the store there’s one in particular that I absolutely love that works at the customer service desk and that is Marjorie she just makes my day every time I come into the store whether it be bad or good or in between I’m always so happy to see her she’s genuinely interested in what projects I’m doing she goes out of her way to greet me and I find myself coming in the store just to talk to her...

Gemma was very helpful, always smiling, from the moment I walked into the Garden Center. She not only offered me the opportunity to apply for a Home Depot Credit Card, but save money while doing so! She helped me find my winter fertilizer, did price checks, and made sure I got assistance in carrying out and loading up my heavy bags of fertilizer. She and the rest of the Home Depot team worked together to make sure me and my daughter were taken care of from the moment we stepped into the store. Patrick, the cashier who helped my daughter, was just as helpful, professional, and friendly. The young man who carried and loaded up the merchandise out to the truck was just as friendly. Home Depot must be treating their employees right because customers feel it from the moment you walk in, throughout the shopping experience, and through the checkout process, even right up to the parking lot when helping customers load up for home. We shop at Home Depot on Bitters, Store #0582 and will continue to do so for these reasons.

Garden people are knowledgeable and willing to spend time teaching customers. They will give you the truth and not just push stuff into your basket. This store is a keeper and a joy to shop in.

Never enough people in the store to help. Had to have another customer help load a toilet. When asked to speak to the manager he asked what I wanted and then sent the "front end associate" to see what I wanted!
