Purchased a bathroom cabinet. Associate provided a list of approved installers for me to work with. The one selected did a fine job.

In last 2 days, I bought 16 bags of "Maximiser" 80 pound sacks of concrete. All loaded by friendly and efficient young man.

While doing a return, we had the most rude, angry, disrespectful lady help us. Her name was Lindsay and the manager could care less. No wonder they act the way they do. I would never go back to that location again 281 and bitters.

Needed a HUSKY sledgehammer to be exchanged for a new one because the grip texture on the handle is falling apart. When I took it the staff at home depot said that it had to be the exact one. I got a new one off of the shelf and said I couldn’t have it exchange cause it wasn’t the same color. It was the same length and weight but because mine was red and black they couldn’t warranty it. I then showed them that mine still had the sticker that said lifetime guarantee and was still rejected. This store doesn’t honor their word.

The employee who helped me yesterday was from the garden centre but helped me select to spray paints. Very service oriented and helpful.

Stil in infancy of project. Went to store, chose doors, measurement set up and done. Waiting for store to call me so we can order doors

Never had a bad experience at this store

They have even the smallest parts for plumbing.

I recently built a workbench for my garage and completed a new water line in my yard. using materials from Home Depot

Self check out is not sufficient. Need more cash register open.

I love going to the Bitters Road Home Depot over the one that is closer to my home. Bitters Road 90% of the time has exactly what I am looking for in stock. The employee's are friendlier and more helpful then the one by my house. I highly recommend this location for all your home improvement needs.

I love shopping at this store because the products are neatly displayed and easy to find. Ii purchased lawn fixtures that are very functional and adds a lot of beauty to my front lawn.

If you cannot find what you are looking for there... you probably don't need it!

Today I visited the Homedepot on Bitters to order two doors for my kitchen. Mr. Grady the peron in charge of placing my order was patient, by repponding to my questions with a satisfactory responses,

I am beyond excited that I can use my disposal again because Leroy#5 listened, understood what I needed (trust me I did not use builder words), found the part, and then demonstrated how to use it.

Darrel, Leroy, and the wonderful female associate in the outdoor insecticides section were awesome this morning, provided great customer service, and made my Home Depot shopping experience a great one!

I need hep with a product and CHLoe went over and beyond to meet my needs. Thank you.

The layout makes a lot more sense than a lot of other home depots I have been to and the employees are always incredibly helpful and friendly.

There are three HD locations where I shop and they meet my needs.

Leroy, in plumbing, helped me in choosing the right parts I needed in order to complete my shower installation. Great employee! An asset to Home Depot. Thank you, Sir!

I went in to grab a gate anti sag kit an another item that I saw in CLEARANCE RACK as I came up to self check out , Stephanie the clerk there saw that I was having problems try to Un scan this CLEARANCE item that I thought would have been way cheaper then what it was she could see the frustration in my eyes when I looked at her an not did she help me with the my problem at register her pleasant an perfect attitude MADE MY FIRST VISIT TO THAT STORE A RETURNABLE ONE FOR SURE !!! EVEN IF STEPHANIE WOULD NOT BE THERE TO HELP ME JUST KNOWING THAT YALL MAKE GOOD CHOICES ON EMPLOYEES I CAN IMAGINE how good yall treat yalls customer s. Always find what im looking for, staff will help you find it online if Not available at the store or other locations, Their mobile inventory hand held gadgets are well invested to save time for their employees and customers.

James from the electrical department was very helpful and kind which made our shopping experience so much better! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the issues we had brought to him! Hope Depot is lucky to have an employee like himself!!

Hey there. Came to return some piping today and the customer service people were very kind and got me out quick. I appreciate that sort of quick and easy transaction because the last thing I want to do is be at a store longer then I need to be. That girl Lizzy was very efficient. I told her I would leave a good review so here’s me sticking to my word, Lizzy.

Reid went over and beyond to help us today pick out over $2000 worth of company Christmas party gifts. He was very patient and helpful with us when it came to selecting what we were wanting. Christian was also very helpful. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. We appreciated these two gentleman very much!

All shopping experiences have been informative, pleasant, satisfying & I look forward to getting back to The Home Depot that I look for stuff to do in my home so I can go back to The Home Depot.
