I just bought a two pack of Stanley FatMax for the price of one!! Great father's day purchase!

Will never shop at this store due to bad management

The plywood sheet I purchased was of excellent quality. Thanks to John who heaved it onto the cart and did some nice precise cuts. I made a stable floating floor to partially cover the carpeting in my rental. Love the finished project.

Next Wednesday going evening

I rarely have a return, but when I did the staff at the return desk were been beyond amazing! Knowledgeable and kind. Excellent! Thank you!

I have a full box of receipts for the last 16 years. Averaging four hundred dollars a month and feel I have the most insight to home depot's customer service. I have seen the culture change where there are so many more younger people who do not know their perspective plumbing, electrical, garden, and miscellaneous department's knowledge More than 90% of the time. I can stay in an isle for up to 30-45 minutes before I get questioned about needing some help. I watch many of the employees take multiple trips towards the restroom.And or break room with phoned in hand... Leaving departments unattended.

Always get good help when I need it!

The employees who work at the pro desk think they don't have to work I guess because they are never there . They walk around the store like they are to good to even talk to .

The employee that helped me purchase a bidet was beyond fantastic. I think his name started with a G, but he was a young man with a shadow like beard. Rarely have I had such good service.

I was looking for paper lawn bags and the young man at the service desk took me to the hard to find item. I greatly appreciated it! I’m old.😊

Several times I have bought items and could not get a loader to help, either none on site or on break, or doing cart pick up. Shame.

Needed assistance with a tiling issue and the employees in the flooring department went above and beyond to walk me through options

Mr Boyer was a knowledgeable and helpful in determining the fence materials needed. He provided 3 different quotes and was able to arrange prompt delivery on the materials. I will be doing business with him again.

Gina in appliances was very helpful

I had my 6 mo old grandbaby with me. Employee offered to help me with cart, load items, find items etc. and help expedite my shopping knowing I was with a young child.

I go to this store for any projects that I have. Always find what I need and employees are always eager to help.

I went to get a water heater plus parts, the store is well supplied, staff is friendly and helpful. I will certainly be back again!!!

All three employees I spoke with about an item I was looking for were grumpy and acted as if I were a major inconvenience to them.

I have lived in the neighborhood for 25 years. The Bitters Road store has been my go to store for all those years. Whether it is for appliances, yard care items, paint, ceiling fans, or even a box of nails that is where I go. It is convenient. The prices are right. The personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. What more could I expect?

I bought the Behr Bonding primer several months ago and it has worked great. Didn't have to sand or rough up the cabinets I painted. Also used Cabinet paint. I look forward to seeing how it holds up in actual use. The property I painted has been vacant since repainting.

From the moment I walked in I was sure it was going to be a positive end result. The sales ppl were helpful and outstanding customer service ever. Was looking fr a washer , had tons of questions which were answered and helpful information. Went to Sunset location too, nothing compared to this Basse Location. No one to greet you ask you what you needed much less help you at washing machine area. Go see Gina at Basse location if you are looking for a washer/dryer! The best quality customer service ever!

I am renovating a neighborhood playset and needed a router bit to take off some sharp edges so our little ones don't get hurt on hard cut edges. HD had what I needed in stock, and the price also was significantly better than the competition.

First I would like to say, Darrel (hope I spelled his name right) went above and beyond to help me. I had both my children (ages 4 & 6) with me, so you know how that can be in a big box store. Darrel greeted me as soon as I walked in with a smile on his face. He was quick to assist me with my online order. I went into the store to pick two days earlier to pick up the refrigerator I ordered online. I didn’t take the refrigerator home because it was the one off display and it had a bunch of dents, scratches and very dusty (it WAS NOT Darrel who brought it out…it was another employee). Darrel was quick to resolve the situation in a calm and professional manner. I told Darrel that I was in the middle of moving houses and will have to come back in a few days. Fast forward two days (11July 2025 between 430pm and 5pm), I was greeted by Darrel again. Darrel was very helpful! He went back to get the refrigerator and moved it into my truck. He made sure to be very careful and not damage anything. He was very careful with the refrigerator and with my truck. By far, the best customer service I have has all year!!! Thank you Darrel and thank you Home Depot for having such a wonderful employee!!!

I thought this refrigerator and it was delivered on the 26th of June 2025 I got no problem with the sales rep the fact is it doesn't work and after receiving lip service from the 800 number I called appliance companies and it concluded that it's defective then I called the main office and they told me they can get me another refrigerator and will let me know tomorrow the 26th when that is now the problem is I have food wasting away I have no other means of refrigerating it I am not happy at all

The plants at this location are protected from the elements so they are always in better condition then the other nearby stores
