Reid went over and beyond to help us today pick out over $2000 worth of company Christmas party gifts. He was very patient and helpful with us when it came to selecting what we were wanting. Christian was also very helpful. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. We appreciated these two gentleman very much!

All shopping experiences have been informative, pleasant, satisfying & I look forward to getting back to The Home Depot that I look for stuff to do in my home so I can go back to The Home Depot.

Today I visited your store and CARLOS, your wood cutter was excellent! He cut the wood I needed to specifications and did it quickly. I offered him a tip but he refused to take it. CARLOS is an exceptional employee who obviously loves his job and his customers. Being a woman, I appreciate the fact that he respected me enough to complete the task before serving other men customers who were also waiting to have wood cut. If this is the treatment a woman customer receives, then I am happy to recommend your store to everyone I know!

I bought a refrigerator from this location that did not work. In order to return it for a working one the store made me bring it back myself and deliver the new one. The couldn't just swap them though? (same model no difference) For some reason they refunded me SOME of my money and couldn't get me all of it becasue of an "IT issue" then I had to repay for the replacement refrigerator at the full price. Employees ignored me and when I finally got help, the assistant store manager was rude and unhelpful and she stated that their service had declined at the stores because of covid. Seriously? The store manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me on either of my trips because he was "busy with training".

I have found the variety of soils very helpful for my hobby of growing plants in pots, especially succulents. I also appreciate the reliable variety of light bulbs and air conditioner filters. Contractors I use frequently choose Home Depot.

Everyone starting with big boy sloppy supervisor was useless. Waited 30-40 minutes until some employee accidentally bumped into us to open cage to get makita tool. We asked several employees for help and all dismissed us. The worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to.

I purchased a replacement valve for my toilet after experiencing a flood in my bathroom and surrounding area. I got help from a very competent young lady in selecting the valve I wanted.

Jim went over and above to help me with a carpet purchsase, including helping put it in our car. I am an amputee and handling something large and heavy like that would have been past challenging. Exemplary employee

I went to this location looking for bolts to anchor a vice to a new workbench I was picking up. Estevan went out of his way ensuring I got the right ones. Noah was very quick retrieving my new workbench and very nice when he loaded it into my car.

Needed help finding a few items in particular so I approached not one but two employees and the first reaction was I'm actually just going on break but there should be someone in that department that can help you..... The second employee I approached and asked told me that they didn't work in that department and never get to go over there but there should be someone in that area that can help me look for an orange apron if not to go to the front and they can call me someone that works in that department over the intercom and they should know.... while holding the device that scans and it looks up inventory/item location as well as a radio clip to his belt behind his back

EVERYTIME I GO TO HD I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR AND STORE IS WELL STOCKED AND CONVIENT

Had look for these Landscaping Timbers at another Home Depot and they were out of stock. Had been I I was wanting to reframe this flower bed in my front yard and these two men helped me today made it all come together. And also now I'm going to purchase a few more and do another flower bed as well.

Excited about my new Xmas tree and the fact that it’s pre-lit and should last for several years to come!

Went in to purchase paint and had best experience ever. Everyone was helpful, knowledgable, helpful and courteous.

We needed to purchase some fluorescent bulbs for our kitchen. We decided to buy in bulk but the sku wasn’t registering the price as listed on the shelf. Kasandra was incredibly helpful and made sure we were paying the correct price. Thank you Kasandra!

I went in for a specific product and John and LuLu went the extra mile to help me find it. Very pleased with their professionalism and friendliness.

The Bitters Home Depot seems to always have what I need by way of products and their employees really are knowledgeable and courteous. Great vibe all around!

Will never shop here because of a manager named Rina. If all employees have her attitude then I will take my business elsewhere
