Went in to purchase paint and had best experience ever. Everyone was helpful, knowledgable, helpful and courteous.

We needed to purchase some fluorescent bulbs for our kitchen. We decided to buy in bulk but the sku wasn’t registering the price as listed on the shelf. Kasandra was incredibly helpful and made sure we were paying the correct price. Thank you Kasandra!

I went in for a specific product and John and LuLu went the extra mile to help me find it. Very pleased with their professionalism and friendliness.

The Bitters Home Depot seems to always have what I need by way of products and their employees really are knowledgeable and courteous. Great vibe all around!

Will never shop here because of a manager named Rina. If all employees have her attitude then I will take my business elsewhere

I have been shopping at this store for six years. This is one of the more customer friendly Home Depot I have had the opportunity to shop. In addition, in the rare occurrences that I have had to return a defective item or a wrongly purchased item the staff are always friendly and understanding in my return transaction.

This Home Depot on Bitters Rd. is our go-to for home projects. They usually have what we need at a good price. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I bought the item at the suggestion of the AC repair person, only to find out that it wasn't necessary! It was suggested that I return the item.

I have been fortunate that Home Depot is near my home. It's a quick drive for me and saves time. The best time saver is Stephanie that works at the store. She is always friendly and has a very good knowledge base of products. Most importantly she has a great attitude and genuinely wants to help everyone.

Lou in the Lumber department was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to.

My husband had placed an on line order and it went to this stores location which is clear across town when I showed up I realized my husband had ordered the wrong items. Paula and Willie helped me to return them and find the correct items which happened to be in stock at that store.

Will Clark employee at the Bitters and 281 North store helped us tremendously and more the one now. The experts there at the store always have the skills to help you complete the projects the right way and that is hard to find. Home Depot is people taking care of people!

The young ladies at the self check are always so helpful and friendly. I enjoy seeing them every time I come here.

Stephanie in plumbing may as well be a master plumber, she is super knowledgeable in her department and actually knows where everything is, including the hard to find, special adaptors.

over the years this location has had the best and worst employees and as that time for bad is here at the location some cashiers make checking out bad enough to go to any other location

The staff was great and the store was neat and organized and i found the products i needed quickly and with having to have someone assist me even though some associates asked if they could help me .The check out was a fast and Farrah was great at what she does thank you for a job well done.

Great place to shop excellent customer service

I think the characterization on "The Office" is accurate .. this location -- Bitters Road -- if you try to get help, and no one knows anything, just look at them and think, "I know more than you do."

I will never shop at this location again. I dont need to go into details but the customer support was horrible.

Employees are visible and ready to assist you. Great store and easily accessible from highway.
