I had purchased an electric trimmer but the sales assistant. after at least a half an hour looking for the battery and charger, recommended an ECO trimmer compatible with the one I had purchased with the same price. Andrew assisted Ron and I in getting a refund back on my Home Depot credit card. I have now put the trimmer together, charged the battery and ready to use it on my back yard. I am very pleased with the trimmer and the assistance from these fine gentlemen.

We always find what we need at this Home Depot. There is a great selection of items. Employees are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and respectful.

An employee name Troy at this location was very helpful and informative about the products I was shopping for and he was eager to help other customer around him. Definitely deserves a raise or an employee award tis store can offer to him. I will look for him again on my next visit.

Over the many years, I have been a loyal customer to Home Depot. I have shopped at multiple locations including this store. I can definitely tell that the employees and the management team care about their customers and their surrounding community. I loved the Cancer Awareness aprons and just the overall feel of the store! Although this store appears to be an older store in San Antonio, every time I have recently shopped at this location the tidiness and organization is top notch! My family has really enjoyed attending the Kid's Club events as well! We will definitely continue to shop here!

I like your store! I was assisted by Ken and he found the sumersible sump pump that I needed. Yes they were friendly and helpful.

The garden show has suffered from the change in providers. Quality and variety of stock is not as good as it was a couple years ago. I used to go here first for gardening supplies but now it is only after i have exhausted other sources. You used to stock hot tub supplies, now it is only pool chemicals. Often a challenge to find someone who knows where items are located. Aisle are sometimes congested. Aisle are closed because of safety rules I guess when a fork lift is used, without much regard given to the customers who are wanting to shop in that area.

The Flooring Department is excellent compared to Lowes (and I went to both stores several times). Their Flooring Department was much more organized and in my opinion, had more of a selection. I also found that the Home Depot Flooring employees at the 281 & Bitters location were more knowledgeable and helpful than those at Lowes. Over the course of a month, I became the Carpet Queen, visiting Home Depot and Lowes several times in my quest to make the right decision. The last time I bought carpet, I went for how pretty it looked....bad idea. This time I was determined to select a carpet that would withstand stains, look beautiful, yet not cost me an arm and a leg. The Home Depot employees helped me to do just that. I selected Wholehearted - Chocolate Dream and I love it!!

Great store. People there always go out of their way to help, are friendly and act as though the customer is number one. I enjoy going to this store.

some associates were awesome!!! others, not so much... some practiced hide and seek, some played with equipment rather than wait on customers, and then "disappeared" after saying they would "help" in a minute found a few true diamonds whose charm and personality sparkled! So the trip wasn't a complete bust.

I am a 5'2 women trying to put a heavy potable A/C unit on a flat bed had three associate walk by me and provided or ask me if they could help me till one young man named Caleb helped me load it and help me load it in my car he deseves a raise !!! Thank you CALEB ..

Home Depot always has amazing customer service at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk! Wow!

They made it super easy to return the wood - gave my father who was carrying the beam a place to sit down and a place to set the wood down so he would not have to carry it in line for the return.

Always have what we need!!! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.... and always willing to help. Cashiers were also friendly and helpful. Always our "go to" home improvement store!!!

I was recently given home Depot card with in-store Depot card with in-store credit on it from my aunt who had return some items. She had given me the card because I was going to Home Depot and didn't have too much money so she would help me out by giving me the card. When I got to the cash register to pay they asked me the last name associated with the card? I gave my aunt's last name and they said I was incorrect I was confused this point so I had to call my aunt and asked what was going on with the card. Her boyfriend had returned the item and I had to have his last name in order to use the in-store credit card. If she's an answer I would not have been able to use the in-store credit card and I would not have been able to make my purchase this would have been very bad experience and I might not have finished my job but I was working on. This is very confusing when I was only trying to get a few items and my family member was trying to help please correct this.

Jacob was so helpful in finding the right paint color for me! I purchased a paint that I found I disliked. He changed this color to the perfect color for me. He was patient, kind, and ensure I left happy! Thank you, Jacob!
