A good place to shop with in season, fresh plants at reasonable and great sale prices. Clerks are very helpful.

This is a great Home Depot for the lawn and garden area. It's always neat, easy to find products and I have had several very good experiences with the register employees who were personable, did not have their cell phones, asked me if I needed help lifting a heavy bag, and giving me plastic for the back of my car to load in bags of topsoil, etc.

This is an excellent store for home repair and remodeling, but replacement items such as light bulbs are low quality.

Customer service here is just as poor as at most Home Depot locations but at least they are consistent. Difficulty find personnel and a distinct emphasis on trades people and not on average homeowner customers. Lowe's has much better service and more product availability on the shelf.

Employees are present and willing to help. Employee Scott approached me on two different visits offering his help to find things in the store. Customer service return desk was also kind. It's nice to have numerous employees present and willing to help. The competitor store is closer to my house, but they are always under staffed. My preference is now Home Depot, because employees are staffed and present. Plus, the selection of items seems more extensive.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BEYOND EXPECTATIONS AT THE STORE ON BITTERS & 281 CONTRACTORS SERVICE SIDE. RICARDO HELPED US OUT. HE REALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP OUT MY FATHER WHO IS VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH RICARDO SHOWED HIS CONCERN FROM THE GET GO AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT WAS A BETTER PRODUCT AND EVEN BETTER PRICED. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWS HIS PRODUCTS. ONLY REAL THING WE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN WAS THAT AT THE CASHIER READY TO CHECK OUT FOUND THAT UNLIKE THEIR COMPETITOR THAT THEY LIMIT THE MILITARY DISCOUNT TO $50.00 MAX. THE COMPETITOR OFFERS US A STRAIGHT 10% DISCOUNT ON ANY PURCHASE NO LIMIT.

I shop at both this store and the one at DeZavala/I10. Each time, I am greeted by an associate and asked what I am shopping for. This is actually better than Walmart, where they just greet you (sometimes). If an associate see's me looking at something, after a few minutes, they will ask what I'm looking for or if they can help. How much better can you get??

Employees in garden areas and in cleaning products are super friendly and helpful. They all seem to be ready to spend the time needed to help seniors, even to the point of running to other sections of the store to get what we wanted- or even to find something similar that is on sale. Polite, friendly people here !!!!

The associates at this store are always helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries you have. They are well knowledgeable on the multitude of products and can quickly provide feedback to assist in your product decision. It's not often one walks out of a store with a "feel good" attitude and the folks in this store work hard to make that happen.

This Home Depot is my favorite of all for shopping. The selection of plants is abundant, beautiful, and reasonably priced. There are also products (such as attractive flower pot holders) that I haven't found elsewhere. Even though I no longer live in a nearby neighborhood, I shop at this Home Depot as often as possible.
