The employees are always willing to help. It's like they see you staring at something too long and know you need the help. They have helped me do several little jobs that I could handled and HD has put my kitchen cabinets in, my plantation blinds, etc. It's my go to project store. Love HD

Store is well stocked and clean. But the best part is that it has HUMAN CASHIERS!

It always a pleasure to go shopping at the Home Depot store on Bitters Rd. I always find the employees to be eager to assist in whatever I might be looking for at that particular time. The Home Depot is my favorite store for shopping, be it gardening or hardware.

Plumbing Dept. Employee simply put me in contact with Installer with no discussion of cost to Install. Store is basically a warehouse and provides no more. Installer does the selling and pricing and provides only documentation required. I still do not have any detailed explanation of the Warranty and what it really covers.

Good store and the people here are always very helpful, friendly, and courteous. It has a family feeling about it.

I do recommend this store, but ask for Ron or anyone else in the paint department but Marina, she is rude and ugly to customers.

This store has a great selections of products and friendly employees to help with all your questions. They are always friendly, helpful and kind, and it is always a neat and clean store. My cashier was friendly and helpful on checking out. However; I was not able to find any customer service employees to answer questions I had about purchasing a power drill. So I decided not to purchase one at that time. That’s not an unusual occurrence at Home Depot. I do shop at Home Depot often-but it’s usually difficult to find readily available customer service employees in the different departments. Wish it were easier to get help and info needed in whatever area you’re shopping in.

Memorial Day was a good day to go shopping. The store was packed with people but the service was great and we got seen right away and got the information and put in a purchase order for a garage door. The sales associate Martin was extremely helpful.

Found knowledgeable help and suggestions. Real caring help. Other competitors advertise that they help, but when I went to a neighborhood hardware store, the employee was indifferent. Driving a little extra to the Bitters Home Depot was worth it.

We are in the Bitters store 0582 at least twice a week for all home needs . We just purchased a oven combo. And we got all the help we could post ask for . Its just our first stop for all our home needs. Today was a 5 gal of. Deck paint and we got all the help we could needed for that purchase. All we can it is a great store for all our needs..

The store and employees are always clean. Employees ask if you need any assistance finding a certain product without you asking. If you should not completely understand how to use or install an item the employee will take time to explain or suggest a different way to do your project. The prices are always as low or lower than you competitors.

Always a Friendly place with some great people working here. I appreciate everything the helpful folks at this location have helped me with. No place like Home Depot... It's my Home for my home repairs.
