The Blaine Home Depot is dedicated the community of Blaine. They always are willing to donate items to events when asked by the Park and Rec Department. They go above and beyond!

The staff are friendly and so helpful in all of the departments. This location is always really clean and stocked with what we need.

This Home Depot obviously values, instills and teaches their Employees to give EXCELLENT Customer Service! This weekend I shopped twice at the Home Depot near my home. I'm a Senior (age 62) & was doing some home projects. Both time I had Aaron T as my Cashier. Even though I was in the Self Checkout Lane, he greeted, assisted me twice and engaged in a short but Most pleasant (and genuine) Conversation! When the register noted a problem & paged for "Customer Assistance" I didn't even need to turn around, Aaron was right there! Rami & Emily also gave "Top Shelf" Assistance, Customer Service and Helpfulness. I love my local Blaine Home Depot at The Village! I even got a Home Depot Card because of the Employees Excellent Customer Service, knowing I would continue to shop there! GREAT JOB!

I had no issues with the product selection nor the employees that assisted, but very disappointed that they don't accept a valid state drivers license that displays veteran status as proof of service for a veteran discount. Other Home Depots in the area accept it without question and apply the discount with their thanks. I won't shop here again, as I'd rather support a store that supports me and fellow veterans.

I was looking to lock our pantry door securely to have better accountability and more peace of mind as this is where we store our medications. I had told Tim that I have a T.B.I. from Iraq so I didn't know what I needed exactly. Tim said," do you have your home key on you, because I can set the lock to work for your house key" (As long as I purchased it from Home Depot), all I did was pull out my house key and he was able to make my house key work for the New Keyed Door Handle. I am so thankful!! Very friendly and Knowledgeable staff.

This store is well maintained and has friendly staff. Even if I do not ask for help initially, am associate is ready to help me find what I am looking for. I come to this spot about two to three times a day looking for different parts since I am remodeling and this location is always well stocked.

Worst customer experience I have ever had at a Home Depot. If your employees do not understand the concept of customer service, do not hire them for retail work. Period.

Love the staff here - THEY ALL SMILE - and they are ALL HELPFUL! The employees all know their stores inside and out. If you ask them where something is they direct you right to it. Amazing how well they know their products and where they are located in the store. Grace at the self checkout cashier section was awesome when I checked out the other day. Actually every employee I encountered was amazing but Grace was smiling, kind, patient and super helpful at the self checkout. On a side note about this store - if you ever need to rent a truck - PENSKE is an amaizng truck rental and their prices are cheaper than UHAUL or Budget. I have rented from Penske twice and I will NEVER use Uhaul or Budget. Also you can get your moving supplies from Home Depot. Their moving boxes are great, they held up for my move from California, and then here in storage for a year. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!!
