I have bought many many products within the last month or two for remodeling my two apartment house. As well as my own house. Plus more products that I couldn’t add more photos…..

Excellent prices, and excellent customer service, very friendly customer service and very knowledgeable staff who are willing to help you and they are very kind!!

Great folks, friendly, informative, and happy to see their customers. or at least that is how the customer feels. lol

I like this store and I can visit here and have lunch around.

Great experience while shopping

I have found this store to have staff that is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I have never been disappointed in products I have purchased and have always welcomed staff suggestions. Great place with above average quality products and price.

We returned to upgrade our own kitchen after helping our son with a counter replacement due to the customer service and expertise of Jen Travis-Black, the design Consultant. She was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and willing to give advice. It was a friendly experience that didn’t feel like a high end pressure sale. I would highly recommend her. I would also recommend that Home Depot upgrade her computer and her scanner for the Veterans discount code… she shouldn’t have to run back and forth to other computers in other areas to complete a transaction. That is not a good look for Home Depot. I watched her not be able to access things or scan the code on two different occasions only to follow her to another computer and see her have success.

I purchased carpet and installation through Home Depot. I noticed that the carpet color was incorrect. I contacted my local store to change, which was the direction provided to me. No one could change it, but I was assured by multiple people that it was "noted". I call the installers to confirm the color before they come to my home, and the carpet that was sent to them for my order was the wrong color. I contacted my store again, but my situation was not worth a financial reimbursement worth my time or even a phone call from a member of management. I received the impression from the staff that I did speak to that I should just cancel the order. I would not recommend Home Depot for ANY large home improvement jobs.

Everyone encountered, especially Matt who went over and above, was excellent throughout my 2.5 hour visit for a complete project purchase that had me visiting many areas of the store....however one employee was the worst lied about service offered, was wondering around store I can only assume to avoid customers for I ran into him in odd areas and on the three occasions I asked for assistance it seemed as if I was bothering him and only one time he even did a half hearted attempt to assist of which he said it would be easier if I just took the extra peice if wood rather then have him break the bundle.....but I will not let one bad apple spoil the bushel... everyone else checkout area, paint, hardware, tools I encountered wonderful assistance and i just have to mention Matt is the perfect representative of customer service and Management he could have just given me to an employee but he personally offered to assist with something that i didn't even know i could have assistance with! Matt keep up the great job! Will send a pic of the finished project!

Got an emailed electronic receipt from my local store. I was not at the store so did not make the purchase! Store customer service woman didn't seem concerned, so they lost $80.42. Not a big deal to them I guess, just a write-off. Too much theft and fraud gotten away with these days! People suck!!!

Wanted to purchase more of a product I got in store earlier that day …I called store & they were very accommodating with checking inventory,taking order on phone,and having ready for me to come pick up!!

Every time my husband and I go to Home Depot in Bloomsburg, an employee is there to help us!

Super store with knowledgeable people. Lighting guy even knew what particular light fixtures were the new ones...

This used to be a great location, and now it's terrible. Open bags of mulch on the ground, plants and bags of soil strewn all around the aisles, broken plant stands on shelves. Also very poor customer service skills from the cashiers in the garden center. I'll pay more to buy items at other stores from now on.

I bought patio furniture 15 years ago and it is still in good condition. Also we always buy our paint there. The employees in the paint department are very knowledgeable.

Bought flooring for major project. Estimated real close. Bought about 50 flooring boxes. Used all but three. Returned unopened boxes. Customer service employee was great!

I drive extra 24 miles to come to this store because the people that work there are friendly and helpful unlike my local HD in wilkes barre

I went in looking to buy a washer/ dryer set. Unfortunately, they don't have any in the store. They did have a washer that was a clearance item and the matching dryer is available to order. I like the store, i just wish they stocked more appliances

Items to be put away all over the place, gates closing isles full of stuff. Dangerous atmosphere - heard large bang and turned out employees dumped metal shelves in large boxes onto floor. Someone is going to get hurt at this store.

Really love using the vinyl flooring sold here vice the competitor across the street.
