There’s no one to help you load or unload you vehicle even after they call for someone . No help on the floor buying a water heater you think they would have someone to help . Had another department make a call for someone to help me with water heaters no one ever showed up. Loaded it myself !!! Horrible service .

I ordered and Paid for $4000 worth of flooring at Boca Raton Store Number 204 on Friday 5-17-19 for an 8 am pickup on Tuesday 5-21-19. My 4 person crew waited 3 plus hours on Tuesday to pick up the flooring because the store keep saying we did not have it. So I paid them to do nothing for 3 plus hours because this store could and would not help. It wasn't till I called the corporate customer help line and talked to Lori that I made any progress. They still shorted me on what I ordered. When you contact the customer service people they give you the option of telling the store manager. I have been waiting since Tuesday 5-21-19 for his call. I guess he has no urgency and it flows down to the store personnel to follow his lead. I will not be shopping at home depot in the future.

The store was clean and each associate took their time to help me, especially, the associate, Jack! He went above and beyond for me. He cut 4 pieces of wood to the size that I needed and took the time to help me accomplish what I initially came into the store for. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks again, Jack!

441 Glades store has the most unhelpful employees and non caring manager and the most dangerous parking lot in Boca. NO SECURITY, and I witnessed thieves steal merchandise from Store, entire staff stood under sign in parking lot yelling while thieves ran towards me. Even after they pulled out of parking lot with a white pick up truck full of tools, not one employee came out to parking lot to assist. I had a lawn mower in a box on a flat cart and another cart packed. I called the Police, and was informed the Store NEVER CALLED. When I talked to manager, she informed me she was waiting for police and that she called. Law Enforcement told me, NO CALL CAME FROM STORE. If you want to be in danger, go to Home Depot.

I know for a fact that the HD owner/s are extraordinarily community minded, certainly in Atlanta. Community contributions & involvement are legendary. All that being said, the fact that HD, on a systemic level, still sells Round Up, with the evidence being in for some years now, is nothing short of scandalous, embarrassing, and frankly, a danger to Public health. Now perhaps Monsanto is making monthly or annual payments, to HD, to have prominent retail displays, as so many of the vendors do. Sooner or later, the public will be outraged enough that it will be in the best fiscal interest of HD to remove all glyphosate containing products. I'm no fool, I understand there are big $s, and vendor contracts involved. HD really should step up, get ahead of the curve on the issue, advertise the HECK out of this decision being for the public interest, welfare and no longer wants to be part of all the retail community who are knowingly selling toxic, teratogenic, neurogenic and carcinogenic industrial compounds. There is no need to hide from fear of Monsanto retribution, it's now all a matter of public documentation, both domestically and internationally.

This store is well stocked and clean, however it is challenging to find some help as it is very busy but I was able to find help after asking several people. Most cashiers are friendly especially Martha.
