I really enjoyed shopping at Home Depot today. Jake, Ruth, Chuck, Shahid,Joann, Mike, Jennifer and other team members contributed to my awesome experience. I will definitely be back to be delighted and finish up all my projects :) They are a wonderful team.

I bought a dryer about 8 months ago I came back because the same person sold me the washing machine he's the only reason why I came back thank you he did a great job

they did clean up the store this year finally after about 20 years.. i bet they removed 3 tons of dust!

I had an odd light fixture that I just kept buying the wrong bulbs for talked with an associate and was able to finally get the right bulbs for the fixture. Great service.

Extremely helpful in the garden center in particular, which is where I spent the majority of my time. A lovely associate from Montana was strong as could be and insisted on loading bales of straw, firewood, and went on a quest with me searching for product inside the store as well. The check out clerk outside was so efficient, he loaded every item carefully in my car as if it were his own vehicle, ir better yet his own Mother or Grandmothers. Very polite young man.

This old person in charge of mixing paint has a very nasty disposition…. Every time you ask for advice he denies it and is very blunt about basically not being ask anything….. not the right fit for that department

Don’t go there if you’re counting on their website for correct quantities

They won’t even match their own online price. It was only about $5 but a slap in the face. We self serve everything and not if we shop in store there is a premium charged??

Bought items and we got done with our projects and don’t know where receipts are and can not return them. I have no idea. Thought ok, well at least we can get store credit but no. Won’t show at Home Depot anymore.

Customer service needs an upgrade

We just spent over a week without a properly working refrigerator, lost two days of paid work and our Saturday to get our delivery resolved. Customer support was a nightmare as well, was promised compensation and then offered lower discount. Was told to take my issue up in a new case which was dismissed. Their new crews of installers are negligent and unprepared to deliver your appliances without botching the job. We had to have 3 seperate fridges delivered and towards the end were in the dark about final delivery. They tried to send me a new washer which I had to spend my afternoon cancelling too. No amount of money from our pocket will ever go to home depot again, what a negligent and terrible business. Stay away from their appliances at all costs!!

Patti from the appliances department was excellent. My shopping experience was very pleasant. She answered all questions, was very friendly and professional.

Superior customer service. We love in Naperville but drive to Bolingbrook because we are valued as a customer and always meet friendly accommodating personnel.

Could nit get any help in this store, most if the young people that work there were to buay playin on their phones,, Was even told thats nit my job or department,, A contractor that knows the store ended up helping my wife an i find everything we needed .. Dont know if i willgo back to that store.

Mgr was able to enrich my visit. Was ready to go back to my home depot

A lot of the items I need are at the store and most times you can find items on a sale

What are the best Home Depot stores I’ve been to in the area

I shop here and the staff is always asking if they can help

I shop at this Home Depot. But they do need more workers there. When I can't find something I have to walk through MANY aisles looking for an employee an answer to a question. This is usually all the time. it's difficult finding someone who works there other than cashiers. Example there is never anyone in the paint area or where there ceramic tile and rugs are. I recently bought 4 appliances in December and I had to hunt down a kind older male employee to help me .

This location is very clean & well staffed with capable employees. The rental department is beyond helpful.

Our sales person Patti Dillon at the Bolingbrook location was amazing! Really knew her appliances and helped answer every question and concern. Will be looking for her again when it’s time for new appliances

Pat was very helpful. She explained the product and helped me make a great choice.

Always have what I need

Needed plywood cut to size and store employee did a great job and was very friendly

I ordered the same item 4 times and each time, I received the wrong one, so returning it again for the 4th time.

Gentleman at the aisle 8, plumbing section was very helpful. He took time in helping and explaining me, which helped me complete my small project. This is priceless and is the true differentiator with online shops. I wish I asked for his name. Thank you! For your help.

Love this store . Manager Jimmy and the crew today always on point with customer service all the way to the truck they are great to work with

I bought a thermostat and the sales person helped me every step of the way.

Employees could care less that your there and treat you like garbage. Typical HD. everyone running around but no one to help a customer. When they do, they act like they're doing you a favor.
