Cashier Judy from self service saw i was in trouble. So, she stepped up and guided me thru the self check out

I bought a garage door from the Bolingbrook, Illinois Home Depot and John in millwork did a fantastic job in assisting me selecting the garage door that would fit my needs.

We needed assistance with key making and at selfserve check out. The associate at customer service was a great help. I forgot her name she worn a medical boot early in the year. At self check out , Julie helped us checkout. Both were very friendly

Even though we went to get a new washer and dryer and were in somewhat of a rush we got very good help when someone became available and the cashier Ashley was such a sweet and happy young lady. The next day we had to come back and we got Ashley again checking out she actually called us by name and that impressed us very much!

Wally from paint greeted me asked i needed any assistance today? He walked me to the shower heads for a great selection

I normally do not write reviews; however, I'm doing a fairly large job on my house and everyone from Jon, who helped me with my my flooring, to the assistant manager, Brandan, and the store manager, Mike, they were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. They did an awesome job helping me with my project! I'll for sure keep going back to this store for all my home improvement projects!

I visited four dept. Flooring twice. Each time an employee helped me and or advised me on my project. William from hardware chased down a lock that was in the overhead. Jerry from millwork advised me on fire door requirements. Debbie from flooring advised me on my flooring project. John from flooring cut some wire shelving. Less a from paint dept quickly took care of painting needs and advised me on Behr exterior paint. All said , these folks made my they made my shopping experience Great.

I needed a new deadbolt lock rekeyed to match my current locks. Jerry from the millwork dept was able to rekey the lock in a very short period of time. He explained to me the required adjustments I needed to make. The installation was a breeze.

Aldo from deliveries assisted me with some millwork question that I had. I Precise his opinion on the subject.
