We purchased a Frigidaire Upright Freezer. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product we purchased. She reviewed all the documents in detail. She told us if we have any questions to feel free to contact her personally and she will be more than happy to answer all of our questions and concerns. She took the time to look up other products we were interested in purchasing in the future. She was very pleasant to work with and will be looking for her on our next purchase.

Bought a microwave and associate was most helpful with details about the various microwaves and points of interest.

Needed a new washer , great customer service. Shaili Shah was awesome to work with.

Today we purchased a full appliance package including a washer and dryer. The options for a seriously damaged supply chain nationwide was very good. Delivery times were reasonable and the pricing specials offered were excellent.

At some home centers and even at some hardware stores it is difficult to get help. Some employees at those stores need a compass to find their way around their stores. At the Bolingbrook Home Depot I have always received prompt, useful information, advice, and suggestions as to what I need for a project and possible alternative methods to achieve my goals, Some employees personally use some of the tools and can tell me what brands and models will best meet my needs. I cannot get help like this online from mass merchandisers.

Rob from electrical was a wealth of information. He helped me complete a couple of projects I was working on. He is friendly and comfortable to speak with.

I shop at this Homedepot a lot most of the floor reps are helpful but if I need something that is hard to find I ask, Rebecca she goes that extra mile to help you.

Logan from paint was very helpful on helping me select my paint.

Really clean store, probably the cleanest one I have been in. Plenty of stock and well organized! People are really friendly and help right away. I usually shop at Deerfield and other locations. This store sets the standard. Thanks

Love the displays at the garden center! We've purchased kitchen cabinets appliances flooring backyard furniture and many other items at this store . Will continue to do so. Employees are very helpful!

Shaili Shah saved the day. As a long HD customer if we walked out today we would have never returned. Her quick thinking and attentiveness saved as as a customer.

Most recently, and I needed to address some paint concerns in my home along with the need for a specific tool. Working with Guadalupe Villanvevra in Paint, she took care of all my needs and gave me a greater understanding about paint and tools for paint. Secondly, Matt in the Tool Dept. was extremely helpful in explaining various facets of tool utilization so I could make a better informed purchase. I will assume that due to their training and knowledge, that the management of the store has the rest of the departments working in the same manner for a Great Customer Experience.

I’ve been shopping in this store for years. One really great thing is that there is longevity in the employees. I’m able to get answers to all my questions, and suggestions on how to pull off some of my half baked ideas that I cook up without a clue how to execute. On more than one occasion, I’ve been shopping after the fact and been stopped and asked how it turned out by the person who helped me. They care, and I think that is pretty great for retail associates these days.

Great store! If you need to find anything Matt is a great person to help you out with anything you need. 100% would come back to this store!!

Employees were ready to help direct people looking for specific items as well as allowing "weekend warriors" to wander the store to find the next project....or two.

The grill I purchased was not the one I received. Waited over a hour for them to bring the grill up front. Put the grill together & found it wasn’t the correct grill. Wouldn’t sell me the floor model since they didn’t have any more in stock. Had to wait over 20 minutes for them to send someone out to help me unload the wrong grill that I had put together. They didn’t show any concern that due to them not giving me the grill I paid for in the first place all of this wouldn’t have happened.
