I never take the time to write reviews but thought I should for this store because my experience has been so positive. There is a different Home Depot store a bit closer to my house but I always go to this Bolingbrook one because the service is excellent, the store is clean, and they always have what I need in stock. When I go to this store, the employees almost always approach me to ask me if I need help and either walk me to what I need or give me advice on what I need or on how to do something. Most times my experience at big stores like this is very so-so, but I always leave this store feeling good.

I am normally very happy with Home Depot but the last few times I am seeing a scary trend. Fewer people to assist me or others and the pro's seem to have left the building! I hope this has just been bad timing on MY part, but fear it is not. Home Depot please do not forsake your customers. I prefer to shop here not at the other two big players.........

The team about 5 guys went out of their way in helping me while I was out of town from al with a project since my niece had a car accident the manager Jim or jimmy stayed with me and allowed me to finish the project in the store great service to a veteran I will always shop at Home Depot because if people who went out of their way to assists me thank you Andrew

Not a helpful store at all. Getting assistance is hit or miss when you can find the associates.

Well laid out store, friendly workers that willing to help. Store was clean, rest room was not messy. Stock was well organized on the shelves. My wife was looking for a squirrel dome and the worker took her to where they were. Nothing wrong with this store other then I wish HD would have one in Romeoville where I live. We just moved here from Rockton, IL. which is near the border with Wisconsin. We had one in McChesney Park and one in Rockford.

I made several trips to the store this week. Used the same entrance each time. Cashier Dora always give me a hearty "hola jerry". Making me feel that my business is appreciated.

We decided to get new counter tops and add a backsplash for the kitchen. Overall, we worked with three associates: Megan (she provided product knowledge), Kathy ( help prepare our design) and Michelle (completed design, ordered the countertops and was our liaison with the installers). All three ladies were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The installers were friendly and quick. I purchased my sink and tile from homedepot too.

The store took care of my product needs even before the store technically opened. I was favorably surprised how friendly everyone was even though it was a Sunday and i was very early in the morning.

I worked with the Store Manager and a gentleman by the name Mike Bruno at the Pro services desk. They were very knowledgeable and happy to assist with all of my questions. Highly recommend visiting this store.

Worst customer service ever. Came in to get paint redone because it was obviously not a match. Was told by employee that only CHEEP people who don't want to call the painter back in buy paint to do touch-up! When I protested then why do they sell it to customers he had no answer. Told him I had the original chip and it matched the wall because I held it up to it before coming to the store, he says "That's what they all say". Now I'm mad. He essentially called me cheap and a liar!!!!!! Demanded my money back and to speak to store manager. The woman in customer service was also condescending. While I stood in front of her complaining about the poor customer service and telling the manger that even she was condescending, she shrugs her shoulders like she could care less and the manger did NOTHING! Never going to Home Depot again. Oh yes, the check out lanes are now all self-service!

Stopped in while travelling to get some hanging baskets. Joann in the garden center went above and beyond! She asked if I needed help, helped me pick out 2 hanging baskets, then carried them to the checkout and to my car as I had my dog in tow as well. Then she offered tips on caring for the baskets. All very very above and beyond. This particular HD was not on our shopping radar, but will be in the future!!

This store is great to do business with as they are soo helpful and professional, for me it is the "One Stop Shopping experience I am looking for" As a Vietnam Veteran, their employees really care and friendly and every time I visit the store, the employees always have the solutions of problems in gardening, plumbing or anything else. That is a good thing!

I have made multiple purchases (expensive and inexpensive) at the Bolingbrook store. Yes, product availability, quality and price bring you in, however, staff like Kathy and Rebecca keep you returning. At a time when big box stores are closing their doors left and right, staff like K.R. make the difference!

Everyone at Home Depot are well trained for customer service. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of their assigned department.

Store is always clean and well stocked. All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. When we need something, my wife and I always go to the Bolingbrook Home Depot.

Nahami, Jimmy, Tom and Joe were awesome! They were genuine, positive, kind, and went above and beyond for my husband and I. We will be back for their help with our future home improvement needs! What a great team!
