No point in placing an in store pickup order for later after checking physical stock at the time of ordering. These guys don’t reserve or save inventory even after you have paid for it. I lost $340 because of their mistake and they take zero accountability

Only 1 register open at noon on a monday. Soulda just pushed my cart to my car without paying.

I found what I went to purchase

Plants were all watered and in good shape. The Sunnyvale stores garden department is small and many of the plants are in bad shape. I prefer your store.

BIG THANK YOU to the assistant manager, Luis! He had patiently helped me to bring down several 72"x36" windows from the top of the rack using the heavy machine by himself. And then walk me to the cashier for the checkout. While the managers at other stores would usually ask their staff to do it, Luis actually did it by himself. He has been very friendly and helpful. Thanks for your kindness and time, Luis!

The employee in the power tool aisle was very helpful in getting the impact driver I wanted off of the very top shelf. The young woman at the garden center checkout was very efficient and gave a warm greeting and goodbye.

I am re-carpet my house and chose one of the carpet on the display and marked in 7 days. But when the customer service entering my order, she found that it was not available. Then I had to choose another one marked in 7 days. But a few days later, when I received the sample and came to make the payment, I was told it wouldn't be ready in 7 days, and none would be in 7 days although they were marked in 7 days. The customer service person is polite and professional, but the whole experience is disappointing.

Years shopping at Home Depot stores in the San Jose area and last month I visited this location for the first time and the customer service was beyond excellent. Even though is not near my neighbourhood, I'm definitely doing my HD shopping in this store from now on.

I want to take this chance to thank three Home Depot staffs that helped me on my recent visit. I locked myself out of my car. Went into the store. Told the staff at the door(staff 1). He got his manager(staff 2). The manager took me to customer service (staff 3, Jack). All three helped me to resolve my issue especially on the worst week of my life, clothes dryer broke down, cell phone fell into the pond, then locked myself out of my car. Words can not describe my deepest gratitude towards these three staffs. Thank you so much !!!

Store staff are very cordial and helpful

Store has a working panel saw for cutting up boards so you can fit them in your car. I called 4 other Home Depot’s and only 2 (!!!) had working panel saws. Also had plenty of stock for the board I needed. Only one lumber associate working at the time I visited the store but he was very helpful and even offered to get a cart for me.

Heather was very very helpful in guiding me towards a dishwasher that was perfect for my household needs.

This store is well organized with extremely helpful, professional, friendly staff.

Good stock of power tools. Tool department employee Bridgette was very helpful in making my purchases.

Employee who claimed to be a Manager was rude. Was made to stand in long line to enter store for locker pickup that were right inside the door only to have Locker Empty

I ordered 4 pallets of retaining wall blocks for delivery. Originally you could not meet my need date, and then Tony found a way to squeeze them in in time to support my project. When the scheduled box truck had lift gate problems, Josiah made 4 trips in a Home Depot rental truck to deliver the blocks to my home. Since the truck did not have a lift gate or forklift, he unloaded the blocks one at a time (240 in total) and stacked them. Excellent Customer Obsession!

Customer service at the DeAnza Home Depot is fantastic. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. Always a good experience when I shop this store.

Worst managed store in the HD chain. Employees apparently receive NO training before they're set loose on the floor. It's generally hard to find anyone willing to help, and even rarer to find one both willing and able to help.

Everything was good except for this cashier you guys have, her name is lisa she was so mean to me I thought she was calling me and when I approached her she started screaming at me that she was not calling me and i was like okay my bad and she kept saying and screaming how she didn’t call me to go there and that i had to stay in there even this other cashiers Melissa and Karin told her to calm down, and she was still arguing, melissa and Karin were nice but for sure lisa should not be here with that bad attitude.

Recommend to shop at this location. Helpful staffs. Inside the store maintain the cleanliness, shelves are tidy, walkway paths keep clear and products, prices clearly display.
