You go to the store you don't need to know what you're looking for it just goes to a customer serve let them know and you'll be more than satisfied believe me you can't find that serves I've been Bonita Force 8 years now and this the only Home Depot

I purchased a fixer-upper six years ago, so I am constantly in and out of the home improvement stores. I can say in all honestly, the Bonita Springs Home Depot store is, without a doubt, the best one to shop. There are always plenty of associates to help. They are always knowledgeable. There is never an extended wait-time at the cash register lines. As someone who is constantly in these types of stores, Home Depot is by far my favorite, but this particular location beats the other local Home Depot stores by a country mile. That being said, I am over the moon right now thanks to Patrick. He is an absolute superstar in the Lumber Department. I went to this store the evening before to discuss with Bob and Jerry the project that I was planning. It was relatively simple. Basically, I purchased the world's most annoying shelving system for my pantry. It is metal wires and things fall between the cracks constantly. Not only that, it's difficult to stack and balance cans and they are always toppling over. Yesterday, after years of this torture, I had a eureka moment that perhaps I could just place thin plywood on top of the shelves. Laugh if you want, but it literally never occurred to me. So I went down to discuss what to use and if it would actually work with Bob and Jerry. I returned the following morning with my measurements. I was so worried that whomever was working would be upset at the number of cuts I needed (10 shelves). But thankfully that person was Patrick and he is literally the most jovial, gregarious associate you will ever interact with in any home improvement store. I explained my project and he even offered advice on using a cheaper hardboard throughout (which I should have listened to). He had to "rip" three large sheets of wood and cut them to my measurements. He was very precise and carefully measured everything to ensure accuracy. It was time-consuming work for him, but he was upbeat and pleasant throughout. Not to mention, this was Christmas Eve! He basically gave me an early present by his presence! I could not be any happier. He really went above and beyond and I truly am grateful to him from the bottom of my heart. Five Star Customer Service, proving again why this is the best store around.

Bonita Springs Store # 6373 is a place that i found , in my opinion very friendly. I will visit this store over and over again. It has so many articles for the home, not only for fixing , but also for decorating your home. It has beautiful rugs, lighting fixtures , etc.. Hence , besides shopping, I was able to do my excercise by walking around looking at all the merchandise they have for all seasons. Thanksgivings and Christmas.

Great location and nice place to shop. After hurricane Irma, was pleased to find shelves and inventory so abundant.

This store overall has great employees who are knowledgeable and different areas of expertise. The store is clean and orderly and always has the items I need for my task at hand. I highly recommend Home Depot.

The service provided by all employees that we interacted with was exceptional. Not only did they give us directions to the location to find the items, they walked us to the area and showed us the products, We routinely shop in Home Depot stores and in all of our visits, our experiences have been extremely satisfying. Employees at this location went over and above our greatest expectations. I am a retired Vietnam veteran and when I checked out, they gave me the military discount and thanked me for my service. I appreciated that, but also, I would like to thank YOU for your service. Keep up the outstanding work.

A huge shout out to the staff at this store. They were working without lights, AC and under generator power when we visited on 9/15/17 after Hurricane Irma. They had generators, chain saws, shovels, cases of water and other items in stock. They were helpful and friendly.

Post Irma, store associates were very helpful - they told me exactly were to find what I needed.

Paid for a door and choose pick up later option. Came back to pick it up. Customer service staff was very friendly. First door we received had a broken threshold so gentlemen had to get a new one from the back. This proves took quite a long time. Once he came back with the replacement, it had quite a large dent on it and was a bit scraped up. At this point I was on a time crunch so I took the door as is, as I didn't want to wait another 20-30 minutes for a new door.

I had a wonderful shopping experience to purchase a gas grill. I delt with 2 employees and a manager and they were the most polite and helpful employees I ever had help me at any store. The store was very clean and well kept, a sure sign of pride by its employees and well managed.

The Bonita store has upped their game. The staff is knowledgeable in all departments I've shopped and they provide excellent advice and friendly service, many of the staff I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING WHEN i SHOP.

We needed assistance with a power washer and your employee names Rimas was right there to help. He was very patient and thorough. Excellent employee.
